Rated 2 out of 5 by Diana27 Product has a cheap hose
Purchased product for a master bath complete renovation. New rough-in, shower at an expensive cost. While we have not utilized this shower yet after installing, we did notice the "Plastic Hose" is in the shape of a permanent pretzel and not at all flexible. We were hoping for a "Metal Hose" for such a pricey product. Upon trying to research Delta's website, quickly noticed it is difficult to locate a Metal Hose in the Venetian Bronze color for this product. Think we may have found it at a cost of $70!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by JW348 Difficult to remove inner shower handle from the unit
The unit looks great however, the ability to remove the inner shower head from the unit is difficult and it feels as though you may break it trying to get it off. Also, the inside shower head is not working just after installation. The water just trickles out of it. It appears that the valve system in the handle must be broken as I removed it and cannot even blow air through it.

I bought this shower head from Lowes and had it professionally installed by their licensed contractor. I am very disappointed in the water flow from the unit. How do I increase this?
I replaced this unit after using a Delta hand-held shower head that had none of these issues. The new one has multiple settings but they are terrible and virtually useless since the water flow seems to be so minimal. I'm thinking of returning this unit to Lowes for a different model entirely. We bought this unit based on our own prior experiences with Delta shower heads and our designer's glowing recommendations. We are very disappointed.

by 2305cwo5 product materials are of very poor quality
I went to take a shower one day and found the showerhead laying in the shower floor. The plastic joint on the showerhead just split in half. Additionally, the cartridge assembly had fractured and was leaking water. For a somewhat "pricey" faucet/shower I would have expected better quality parts!

Nice product, but I have to agree with the previous review. Utilizing the hand held feature creates a stream of water from the shower mounted head and pressure is a little light when utilizing both. Looks nice when off but creates a water mess while on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by catsrus Do not buy this showerhead
We bought this last month for a new shower install. It worked OK for about a week, then the flow problems started. If you never ever remove the hand-held unit, then you may get a good product with decent flow.. If however, you ever remove the handheld unit, then all bets are off. I have given up trying to figure out what exactly is wrong with it, my best guess is either the button is sticking the switch isn't opening properly. Its not the water supply because everything else runs fine... Less than a month - and I bought Delta because of their good rep for quality products - that are easily fixed...

Rated 1 out of 5 by Toolguy1964 Looks nice but cheap quality
As a General Contractor, I expect products to perform flawlessly for my clients. As such, when I remodeled my own master bathroom, my wife picked out this shower valve along with the vanity faucets to match. Immediately, I noticed how "cheap" the quality was when I took it out of the box. The handheld shower has a cheap and light weight feel. The way the hand held portion "snaps" into the stationary shower head, it's a matter of time it will fail. It seems to only be held in by small plastic tabs.
I get that Lowe's is trying to hit a price point but that doesn't mean that the manufacturer(s) (Delta in this case) should sacrafice quality to do so.
I give this product a tumbs down to quality; a thumbs up to appearance and neutral in the performance of it. It performs just like any other PricePfister ,Kohler, Moen or Grohe unit I have ever installed.

The idea is clever: Both fixed and removable shower heads. But not sure how many people would want water streaming from the larger outer ring of the fixed portion while using the handheld portion. Also, be sure the 2-in-1 fixture is mounted high enough from the faucet to prevent the shower cord from inadvertently hitting the faucet handle (and changing water temp from "as you like it" to ice-cold or way-too-hot. And practice removing, replacing the handheld part; it takes a little finessing to pop it out, and to avoid soaking yourself when replacing it back in its cradle. The only other minor problem I have is one of personal preference -- water pressure's only fair. Finally, if considering the brushed nickel finish, try to examine the connecting hose before buying -- mine appeared almost black, so I replaced with a brushed chrome one, and looks OK now.
