Are porcelain lever handles available for this faucet?

Hi,

The Leland Shower/Tub faucet has the option of a porcelain handle, which I like and plan to get. I'd like to get this Leland sink faucet as well, but I want porcelain lever handles that say HOT and COLD on them. Do you have such handles? Please consider making some, if not.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. There are porcelain lever handles available for this faucet with Delta Faucet model # H277. However, they do not say Hot and Cold on the handles. We will pass along your recommendation to our marketing department.

Removing aerator

I recently purchased a house with these faucets installed. The water here is kind of hard so there are hard water deposits in the aerator after 6 years of use. Is there an easy way to remove the aerator? I've tried soaking in white vinegar and WD40. The problem is getting a grip on the small outer ring of the aerator. I'm afraid of damaging the sink with pliers and a rag.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Removing the aerator can be difficult sometimes because mineral deposits can get built up inside. We recommend soaking a cloth in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and then wrapping it around the aerator to soak overnight. You may also try a channel strap wrench to remove the peice.
