drain plug My handyman installed the 2 faucets. the second one had a broken drain plug. I called and it was replaced immediately. I'm 75 and was able to put the drain plug in myself. Great warranty on the product. March 16, 2013

How do I connect a garden hose to this faucet?

I need to fill a portable tub from this faucet. I cannot find an adaptor that will work to connect it to a garden hose. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your question. Delta faucet model # 25984LF-BN has an aerator with a thread size of 3/4"-27. I would check with your local retailer or wholesaler to see if they have a garden hose that matches that thread size.

Pop up drain lift rod

I just installed my fixture and the lift rod seems to be very high. Everything works fine, except in the pictures it is shown to be low and against the base of the faucet. I thought it was supposed to be this way and can't seem to make it like the pictures on your site. Did I install it wrong? I just don't want it to constantly contact the back of the faucet.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 25984LF-BN is supposed to have the lift rod down farther. Included here are the instructions for installing your pop-up assembly. The directions are on page 2. We recommend trying to re-install your assembly.

We just installed this product but did not have a tool to tighten set screws on hot and cold levers

We did not find anything in the box to tighten these set screws to keep the levers from wobbling. On manual it says it is Hot and Cold Levers w/Set Screws. We assume the screws are already in that small hole? Or were they supposed to be in the box and are missing so we cannot tighten the levers? Without being able to tighten these screws the levers are very loose when turning on and off the water. There is no information on the size of these screws for replacement or to get the right tool to tighten, we've tried a small screwdriver but nothing is working and aren't even sure the screws are in there.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 25984LF does have a set screw that holds the handle on. I apologize that the wrench to screw in the handle was not in the box. The allen wrench size is 3/32. If you do find out that there are no screws inside your handles, please contact our Home Owner/Warranty line at 800-345-3358 for replacement of the handles. The model number for the handles is RP47831.

Thank you for your question. The pop-up assembly on Delta Faucet model #25984LF will work on this type of sink. An overflow issue could occur, however, if the water is left running for a length of time.
