We decided on this faucet because of the design first, and price second. It was less expensive than other faucets, and because of that, it uses some plastic pieces, which I hope will not be a problem in the future as this faucet has only a one year warranty. As for the design, it was by far the best looking faucet that we looked at. I would have wished it had better internal parts (not plastic), and I would have been willing to pay more for that, but it is what it is. We'll see how long it lasts. The only complaint I have is that the handles don't move as smoothly as I would like. What I mean is that they seem a little stiff, not the silky smooth movement of, say, a Grohe faucet. But I have to keep going back to how it looks. It looks GREAT!
One last thing to mention, we didn't install the faucets ourselves, we had a plumber do it, so I don't know how difficult it was to hook them up.

I purchased three of these and the biggest issue I had with the install is the hard ( basically no flexibility ) PEX supply lines..Not sure why Delta went this route but with the PEX type lines have no flexibility or margin for error if you have to trim. The old style supply lines were stubbed down and threaded so you could just hook up the braided ( flexible ) line was so quicker and simple. Why change a good thing?
I recommend this product only on looks and warranty, not easy of installation.
