Porter Two Handle Widespread Lavatory
Poor quality of finish.
Purchased this faucet in the oil rubbed bronze finish a couple of years ago. During installation, I had difficulty with pop-up valve handle and backsplash that I was able to resolve by bending the handle. Took several attempts before I was satisfied with results. Within a few months of use, the finish began wearing off the base of the handles Has reached point where I will need to replace. I do not see any parts for this faucet.

looks great in bathroom
I had a lot of problems getting the drain stopper to work. I had to modify some old parts to get it to work, I'm not happy about the way it is set up.

Check your minimun distance from spout to backsplash
The product looks great and is easy to install. The problem is if you have less than 2 1/2" from spout to backsplash. If less than 2 1/2" the pull rod, which is bent on purpose, will not pull up to allow the stopper to seal. You will bind against the backsplash with the top of the pull rod. I did not check the "Technical Specifications" on line first. Nothing on the box or in the directions say anything about this 2 1/2" min. The pull rod is the last operation in your install so be sure and measure this distance first. So, after paying nearly $200 for the faucet, I now have to buy a flexable pull rod from Delta for $19. Too be safe, just buy a faucet with a straight up and down pull rod. Avoid the hassle.
