My wife and I love the look of this channel spout and have ordered these through our builder for our new home. However, we started to second guess having these in the kids bathroom. I cannot find a video or photo of these sinks in action online anywhere. Our concern is, due to the open channel design, if the water is turned on full will the water have tendency to shoot straight across, missing the sink and making a mess? We are wondering if we wouldn't be safer to go with a closed channel Ara faucet for the kids sinks. We still have time to make the adjustments in our order. Please let us know what you think. A video would be even better! Thanks!

Answer:
I think I may have answered my own question. For some reason the Ara video was not playing on your site yesterday. However, today it is playing fine and it appears that the stream of water is controlled and should not be an issue. Feel free to let us know your thoughts. Thanks!

Answer:
Hi Ken1, Thank you for your question. Another option available for the model 568LF-SSMPU if splashing is an issue is to install a flow restrictor that will lower the faucet flow rate to 1.0 or 0.5 gpm.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Hi Jason, Thank you for your question. The cloudy water is the result of air being added to the water. Some turbulence in the waterways is the most likely cause. We recommend completely opening the water stops supplying the faucet.
Thanks,
Dave
