What a design for a new tub enclosure! Delta has come up with a great contemporary design. The sleekness goes great with the rest of our Vero fixtures. June 12, 2012

Currently the wall blocks the hose from allowing the holder to adjust enough to keep the shower spray where we want it.

Answer:
Hi Stephanie, Thank you for your question. We do not offer any extensions for the slide bars. You could potentially build up underneath the mounts with some type of waterproof material to have the bar off the wall further but would need longer screws to hold the bar to the current wall support.
Thanks,
Dave

Hi Max, Thank you for your question. The 57560 does not come with the wall elbow. Model 50570 is the square wall elbow that coordinates with this style of handshower.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Thank you for your question. You will also need a diverter trim and rough to be able to divert the water from the showerhead to the handheld shower. We recommend Delta Faucet model # R11000 rough-in valve paired with Delta Faucet model # T11853 diverter trim.

We also suggest that instead of the R10000-UNBX that you install Delta Faucet model # R10000-UNBXHF as long as there is never going to be a tub spout added to the shower. This will give you a higher flow of water out of the valve.

Going contemporary in a complete bath remod. and would like to match whatever is going out of the wall to supply the hose vs. just coming straight out with this hand shower I've already purchased.

Mixed and matched a bit, but the majority of the fixtures are Delta.

I appreciate you attention.

Thank you for your question. We have two styles of wall elbows that you can choose from that are available in the Stainless Steel finish. Delta Faucet model # 50570-SS has a more square look to it. Delta Faucet model # 50560-SS is more rounded.

Does the shower head rotate left to right?

By the question above I understand the shower head can be moved up and down (within the limitation of the the hose) but I'd also like to be able to rotate it left and right... I'm planning to have only the handshower without a fixed shower head. When turning on the water it would work best for us to have the water initially flowing to the right and then after entering the shower, rotating the handheld for a straight ahead flow. Will this be possible with the Vero? Actually, will it be possible with the more rounded slide bars of other models as well?

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 57530 has a handshower that will slide up and down on the bar. The slider has a knob that turns but the slider does not turn to the right or left. The knob will make the handshower either point up or down.

Can you add a handshower to a regular shower/tub system?

I would like to purchase a complete Delta Shower/Bath system. However, in addition to a regular shower head and tub filler, I would like to add a Deltal Slide Bar Handshower. Can I have all THREE items in my tub/shower. Note that I am completely gutting my bathroom and need a diverter also. Can you also tell me what diverter to purchase to install all these items if this is possible? Thanks, Andrew

Answer:
Thank you for your question. To add a handshower for use in conjunction with Delta Faucet model #T17T453 or model #T14453, our diverter rough-in (Delta part #R11000)will need to be installed along with the trim piece (Delta part #T11853). This trim piece is the 3-setting, 2-port diverter.

Is the angle of the holder adjustable?

I want to use the handheld as a fixed shower head also. Is the angle of the holder adjustable? If so, what are the limits (degrees of rotation)?

Answer:
Thank you for your question. The angle of the holder on Delta Faucet model #57530 is adjustable. The holder will completely rotate 360 degrees, so the limitation is not the holder, but rather the hose which has the potential to hit the wall at some point.
