Delta In2ition® Two-In-One Shower Arm Mount Shower 3.7 5 15 15
Excellent coverage and water pressure. As a plumbing fixture sales person I have tested many handshowers. This by far the best model I have used. It has excellent water pressure. For anyone who wants the body coverage that a rainshower head would give but with full pressure this model is for you! November 13, 2012
very functional Beautiful, affordable and very functional shower head. I was a bit concerned that the inner piece comes out of the outer ring to easily and will fall out on its own while you are showering, but it hasn't been a problem. This shower head is a great solution for those who want a hand held but do not want to install a separate diverter and second water outlet. It's like having a rain shower with a handheld all in one. I absolutely love it. I got the more expensive model (with more settings) and am glad I did---not because I use the extra settings, but because it is all chrome and doesn't look as cheap as the less expensive model which has some gray plastic parts that make it look cheap. April 17, 2011
Wonderful Shower upgrade! This product is incredible!! We replaced our coventional showerhead for the In2ition combination hand-held and stationary showerhead as my husband had been ill and had to use a hand-held shower-head with his shower-chair. There is more than adequate hose to reach the shower-chair and the combination makes it possible to use both shower heads simultaneously ... a real plus when one wants to keep warm while using the hand-held. I love it for me too. Washing my hair is no longer a chore but a pleasure. I have a spa-experience every time I shower! The only good part of my husband's illness was that it lead us to purchase the In2ition Hand Shower Multi Function. A terrific upgrade for anyone!! April 20, 2011
Less than great quality I bought this item thinking that it would be high quality but am pretty disappointed overall. The unit has too much plastic, the hose is too stiff and the mechanism for removal and replacement of the wand portion is quite cheaply made and designed. I will likely put the showerhead back on that came with the Delta tub and shower kit. February 13, 2014
So disappointed I have always had good luck with delta products so was extremely disappointed with this one. The handheld does not always stay in its holder. It's not so nice to get whacked in the head or face in the morning although it does wake you up. The water pressure is terrible. Never had trouble before this showerhead. February 10, 2014
Great Shower head This shower head works great for me. I have been using it every day for about six weeks. There are some things to know, however. I installed this first in a newly renovated shower with a new valve, and the flow rate was inadequate. I tried taking out the flow restrictor, but was not able to do so without losing some functionality. I have I then installed it in a shower with an older (1980's) valve. It works great there. So beware, it may not be your shower head that is the culprit if you have low flow problem with this or any other shower head. The pause function is nice if you want to conserve water, but when I paused the water, and then turned it back on, the temperature was hotter for the first second, then it went back to what I wanted it. I really like the hand held feature. I use it to clean the shower. It is a little fussy getting it on and off, but it is worth the effort. I know a lot of people complain about the hand held pieces being plastic. It is a safety feature, and even more expensive models have plastic parts now. I actually like that it is plastic because it is lightweight and easy to hold. April 30, 2012
Plastic I was surprised it was plastic. It works fine and looks good but I should have checked the materials. I would have paid more for a metal one. July 28, 2014
best shower I ever had the amount of water that flows over you is like a waterfall. the hand sprayer detatches easily and great to handle. Love it love it love it. June 26, 2013

Hi Dannon, Thank you for your question. The model 58469-SS-PK is finished on both the front and back side of the showerhead and comes with our 60"-82" stretchable metal hose. The 58045-SS is only finished on the front side of the showerhead and comes with the 69" ultraflex hose.

In2ition Two-In-One Hose Length

I have an In2ition Two-In-One arm mount, and the hose is too long. It hangs down and rests against the valve assembly and is beginning to wear the finish. Is there a shorter length available?

Answer:
Hi Greg, Thank you for your question. The 58045 In2ition showerhead ships with a 69" long hose. We offer the U490R-60-PK which is a 60" long Ultraflex hose or the U490R-40-PK which is 40" long that will work with the model 58045.

Answer:
Hi Phoebe, Thank you for your question. The water flow does not stop from the fixed showerhead when the handheld shower is removed. The is a small diverter lever on the fixed portion of the showerhead that lets you toggle between the fixed portion, handheld, or both at the same time.

Dave

Hi Bobby, Thank you for your question. To remove the hand held portion of the model 58045-SS In2ition shower head grab the bottom of the heldheld portion above the hose and pull outward. This should release the hand held portion from the fixed head.

Hi Deedback, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend removing the water flow restrictor from your model 58045 showerhead. Removing the flow restrictor will void the product warranty.

Answer:
Hi Steve, Thank you for your question. There are several differences between the model 58045-RB and the 58065-RB. The 58045-RB has 5 spray settings, and a finish matching face. The 58065-RB has 4 spray settings and 2 different finishes on the face of the showerhead. This difference is easier to see on the other than RB finishes. The 2 models also have different amounts and locations of spray holes and how the handheld showerhead attaches to the fixed head are different. I have attached a picture showing some of these differences.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Hi Govissue,
Thank you for your question. Model 58469-RB-PK is for the In2ition two in one shower arm mount shower head only. There is no valve assembly included. Models 144740-RB-I or T17494-RB-I + R10000 are tub/shower faucets in the venetian bronze finish that include the in2ition showerhead.

Dave

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58045-SS has a 69" hose. We do manufacture longer hoses if that hose is not long enough for you. For instance, Delta Faucet model # U495D-SS60-PK is a 60"-82" stretchable metal hose in Stainless Steel that will fit your handshower.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58045 is different from the 58065 because it has a push button pause feature. You can pause the 58065 but you will need to turn the dial on the handshower to do this.

Also, the 58045 has an extra setting and has slow massage available to the user. The 58065 does not have the slow massage featrue.

Answer:
The button on the handshower is a pause feature.
The lever where the button is mounted changes the spray pattern. I personally think the 58045 is the worth the price difference for the way it mounts in the shower head.
