Rated 2 out of 5 by joanimaroni Need more water pressure
I came to this website looking for a way to remove the flow restrictor because we end up using MORE water than we did before since we don't feel like we're rinsing good enough because there isn't enough water pressure so we rinse longer. I saw a review by Kelly from Chicago, IL who had the same problem and was hoping you would provide a solution but only said you would send an email. If there is a way to remove the flow restrictor I would appreciate knowing how to do this as we purchased 2 of these when we had both of our bathrooms remodeled and so far are extremely disappointed. More pressure is the only way we will keep them. Thank you.

I bought this a few months ago from home depot. It's been sitting in its box until last week when I decide to install it.
Easy to install, I had no problem with the water pressure, it works just great. The hose is a bit too stiff but acceptable. The problem is that the hand held shower head keeps falling off the outer shower, making a mess around. I took a closer look and noticed there are 2 black tabs that the are supposed to hold the shower head when you snap it in. One of the is missing, I'm not sure if it fell off (but we've been just using it for days), or it was not there to start with. The way it is the shower is unusable and really annoying.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Halinbrier Low flow when using both shower heads
We purchased this product though our contractor for a remodel in a bathroom that gets daily use. We have been very disapointed with this showerhead considering the price. When both shower heads are turned on the water flow is very low. The water from the outside ring seems OK, but there's not enough flow from the handheld to reach your body unless you are standing directly underneath. With the outside ring turned off, the flow from the handheld is better. Can't use the massage setting with both portions turned on. Have removed the water savers from both heads and turned up the flow from the tub valve, but still not adequate flow.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rachael85 58065-RB is a disappointment
The showerhead keeps falling out onto my head, also water pressure is so low. When I first got this less than 1 year ago it worked but always fell down now that water pressure is not working and I have no control where the button is there is no resistance like the button does not work. Very disappointed with this product

Rated 5 out of 5 by TheCountryBoy Excellent product, quality build
This shower head doesn't wow me because it does more than I thought it would do, I like it because it just does what it's supposed to do. All of the fit and finish quality is top notch, from the mechanism that changes the water spray configuration (which feels incredibly solid and idiot proof) to the feel of handheld shower handle feels comfortable and predictable.
The only issue, my better half has a slight issue locking in the handheld shower into place. Although, I wouldn't change how it works because it may affect the solid "locked-in" feeling when the head is mounted.
Lastly, the shower head makes you feel engulfed by more water than is coming out, which has led me to shorter showers. Wider spray area is a huge plus, sounds odd but you'll notice it immediately.
This is one of the best purchases I have made for one simple fact: it does what it's supposed to do, well. For some reason that is very refreshing in a day where products that cost the big bucks don't deliver.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DeniseD Water pressure too low
I purchased two of these because I liked the look and the design of the hand-held shower within the showerhead. Like others, when I finally got to use the shower, the pressure is terrible. Extremely disappointed, as we had no problem with pressure prior to this new shower installation, and everything is new. I called support and was asked to check the water flow -- it's supposed to be 2.5 gal. per min. Mine came to 1.5 gal. per min. Clearly, there's a problem. Delta will send new showerheads, and in the meantime I will try this shower head on my guest bathroom shower to see if there's a difference. Keep you posted.

Very dissatisfied! Bought one two weekends ago, installed a few days later, not a difficult task, but after turning water on, and setting for both handheld and shower head, water came through both, but only a trickle through the handheld, within seconds the water stopped through the handheld completely and water spewed out of the hose about 4 inches from connection close to shower arm. Returned to Lowes, purchased another of the same model... the look and features were exactly what we are looking for and the store employee was sure it was just a faulty hose as she has the exact same model in her home and loves it. Installed the second immediately after getting home. Water from the shower head is good, has perfect pressure, but water only runs trough the hand held at one setting and that is only a trickle, any other setting gives nothing. I have removed the hose from the connection closest to the shower arm, the water pressure is very strong when not attached. When I remove the hose from the hand held connection, water runs through the hose fine, so it really appears to be an issue with the hand held. Is this a lost cost? Should I move to a different model?

by Tony84 nice features but not durable
The 58065-RB 4-setting 2-in-1 shower is installed in the master bedroom of the house we recently bought.
First the good. It is very nice to use the combined heads or switch to the hand-held sometimes. Also the 4 choices are helpful, especially the low flow / pause, so you don't have to turn off the water in between and then get a burst of cold water when you turn it back on. The Venetian bronze finish is pretty. The shower is basically so nice that our kids migrated to the master bath to shower. If it continued working, it would be a 5 stars rating.
Now the bad. A couple of months after moving in, the shower broke at the swivel ball joint where it attaches to the shower arm. Just sheared right off. To keep the shower usable, we were able to attach the hand-held part directly to the shower arm. Now it just hangs down, there is nowhere to "clip it in" so that you can get a shower without holding the head, something you don't want to have to do all the time. For breaking and leaving us in this position, a 1 star rating.
Average, 3 star rating.
We went to a big-box store and also to a local plumbing supply store looking for a replacement part. No luck. The local store helpfully suggested going to Delta website
Hope to hear from Delta, see how they stand behind their warranty, at least get us a replacement part.
