Delta In2ition® Two-In-One Shower Arm Mounted Shower
Need more water pressure
I came to this website looking for a way to remove the flow restrictor because we end up using MORE water than we did before since we don't feel like we're rinsing good enough because there isn't enough water pressure so we rinse longer. I saw a review by Kelly from Chicago, IL who had the same problem and was hoping you would provide a solution but only said you would send an email. If there is a way to remove the flow restrictor I would appreciate knowing how to do this as we purchased 2 of these when we had both of our bathrooms remodeled and so far are extremely disappointed. More pressure is the only way we will keep them. Thank you.

Low flow when using both shower heads
We purchased this product though our contractor for a remodel in a bathroom that gets daily use. We have been very disapointed with this showerhead considering the price. When both shower heads are turned on the water flow is very low. The water from the outside ring seems OK, but there's not enough flow from the handheld to reach your body unless you are standing directly underneath. With the outside ring turned off, the flow from the handheld is better. Can't use the massage setting with both portions turned on. Have removed the water savers from both heads and turned up the flow from the tub valve, but still not adequate flow.

I thought for sure with the higher gpm this unit would not disappoint, but I was wrong. I bought 2 for a double shower and they have NO pressure. I can barely rinse the soap from shower walls....let alone bodywash or shampoo. I took apart looking for water restrictor, could not find that either. Short of tearing this up after spending close to $100 each, there needs to be a solution to make more pressure....please let me know!

Water pressure too low
I purchased two of these because I liked the look and the design of the hand-held shower within the showerhead. Like others, when I finally got to use the shower, the pressure is terrible. Extremely disappointed, as we had no problem with pressure prior to this new shower installation, and everything is new. I called support and was asked to check the water flow -- it's supposed to be 2.5 gal. per min. Mine came to 1.5 gal. per min. Clearly, there's a problem. Delta will send new showerheads, and in the meantime I will try this shower head on my guest bathroom shower to see if there's a difference. Keep you posted.

Just kinda trickles
I was very disappointed at what appears to be a great concept not executed well. The shower head installs quite easily. But the water flow from the head with both units turned on is quite disappointing. The house has good water pressure. I looked online for a way to remove the flow restrictions, and they appear to be permanent. Now regretting my purchase. Delta usually gets it right, but not on this one.

intuition dual shower low end model
This particular model has not shown a positive shut off between the shower and the hand-held attachment for my customer. I am looking at other options now and have re-installed traditional shower head for now. Even after removal and cleaning and whatever it still does not completely divert water from head to hand-held and it bugs my customer.

can't remove water saver?
The concept is excellent.. I love the idea of a 2-in-1 shower head, which is like having 2 shower heads without having to change plumbing behind the walls. However, there isn't enough water pressure to have both the fixed and handheld on at the same time. The water from the fixed part becomes just a trickle, and the handheld pressure decreases enough that the water basically just flows straight down. I know that the water pressure in my house is adequate, so it's definitely not the house. All the plumbing to that bathroom is brand new, and the water pressure in my other (old) bathroom is perfectly fine.
When just the handheld part is on, the water pressure is adequate.. not great, but acceptable. When just the fixed part is on, it is still not great, though I think that part is meant to be gentle. I think it should still be better than it is.
I asked my contractor to remove the water restrictor from the shower head, and he said that it is not removable. So I just bought an expensive 2-in-1 shower head which I can only use as a regular shower. I could have bought a much cheaper handheld shower that would have been just as good if not better.
So, needless to say, I'm a little disappointed. Had I known before purchasing that the water saver couldn't be removed, I could have saved myself a lot of money.
Perhaps if my house's water pressure was even better, I would be able to use both parts of this shower head. Oh well. If you have really high water pressure in your house, or if you don't mind low water pressure, then this shower head would be very nice.

Easy install... and we love it!
I saw this on TV and, though I seldom react to commercials, I thought this fit what we were looking for perfectly. It did!
Unit was extremely easy to install. No tools necessary. I unscrewed my current shower head, put some new pipe tape around the threads, and put the new one on. It really was that simple.
We love the fact that you can have the three different selections. The handle spraying water, the outer ring spraying water, or both at the same time. It also gives a wide spread of water which is much better then the narrow jets of water from my old shower head.
So, easy install... works great... multiple shower settings. What is not to like? I bought one for each of my bathrooms!
