Should water be coming out of the center of the hand held head? On mine, it only comes out of the pin holes around the outside of the hand held. Is it defective?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58466-SS has a diverter dial on the back of the stationary showerhead that turns to activate either the stationary showerhead by itself, the handheld showerhead by itself or the two together.The different massage choices are for the handheld showerhead, and they are operated by turning the front dial on the handheld shower.

What is the finish "-BC" ?
Bright Chrome or Brushed Chrome. Delta's web site does not show BC defined in it's "What does this part number mean" and some other sites use Brushed while others show Bright. Please provide correct description.

It is Brushed Chrome (and this particular model has a few chrome accents). The brushed chrome is not shiny like the polished.It is slightly lighter tone then their Brilliance Stainless (which is also a brushed finish/ not shiny).Age: 25 to 34
