Not impressed with this product
I had this installed in my new walk in shower in November 2012. I have had my contractor back to adjust the water regulator mechanism twice. The first time I told him the hot and cold were backwards, the last time it was because I couldn't get the water to shut off completely. In fact you could take the handle and spin it the whole way around. Furthermore with each time I have had an issue I have lost more water pressure. So much so that now the outer holes don't even have any flow. I have hired another contractor to help with the issue. He says something is definitely wrong and he is planning to come attempt to fix it. Somehow spending $208.00 for this product and the expense of repeat visits from contractors is no providing a positive review of this product.

Great Style and Function
In combination with the R10000-UNWS Multichoice Universal Valve and the Three Port Three Function Diverter, this two in one shower works great. The versatility of the head control and another control on the wand. meet every need from an overall gentle rain to directed wand. Included in the wand is control for the incorporated shower massage or pause for lathering or shampooing. We really enjoy the reliability and quality of this shower.

Water only comes out the middle
We've installed a new 58467 shower with the removable handle. Water comes out the handle part but not the main part. There is nothing in the instructions so we need to know how to make water come out the main part of the shower head.
