This is my second Addison Single handle Touch2O.xt faucet. Since the first one worked well for nearly 3 years (with a little wire tweaking), I decided to have another installed when we moved.
This one hasn't been quite so good. The stopper pull broke the first time it was raised. I got the contractor to replace it for free but I'm not confident enough to use it again. The plastic seems flimsy.
Also, it is too easy to switch from touchless to touch and I prefer the latter. The information to change it back is not on the paperwork or on the website. Even doing a search nets nothing. Since it is an intrinsic feature, it should be part of the basic Quick Start Guide.

Rated 3 out of 5 by myfaucet Electronic valve not so useful
The touch sense is marginally useful and after having it for a couple of years I don't think it's worth the additional cost or hassle. Especially when it stops working. The solenoid has now failed. A perfectly good faucet but it doesn't work because of a fancy and not really useful feature. I thought I'll just bypass the electronic valve and connect the two hoses directly, but my fittings are different! Not like it shows in the current directions. After fiddling with the valve and reading the troubleshooting I found I could get the solenoid to open by turning off the water supply, apply power to the valve, open the faucet, turn on the supply and then disconnect the power to the valve. This opens the electronic valve and it stays open. Thankfully the faucet now works like a normal faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by learning1 beautiful finish BUT plastic parts
very disappointed when my lift rod broke with no warning. This is on a bathroom sink that gets little use opening and closing the drain. when I disconnected the rod I found that it is plastic and another part is also wearing and is flimsy plastic. This is a very expensive faucet and we have 2 of them in our master bath! Chose this from the showroom but did not investigate quality before remodel purchase was made. Very disappointed in this faucet.

We love our Addison Touch faucets, and Addison shower assemblies, towel racks, etc. The style is modern and attractive. Just wish they made a matching floor mount tub filler.

Rated 1 out of 5 by FloridaRemodelGal This Touch model too short for 5 inch vessel
I investigated using this faucet with 5 inch vessel sinks and read that it was high enough to work.
I found that the 5 inches of the glass vessel sink, plus the 1/2 inch of the mounting ring were too high for this faucet. The spout opening fell inside the bowl, below the top of the vessel. Having the spout this low is against plumbing code in this area. In addition, the position is very low when you wash your hands.
Further, the drain for this faucet will not work with a glass vessel installed with a mounting ring.
So, although I loved the idea of a touch faucet for our vessel sinks, I found they would not work together. My rating of 1 does not mean the faucet is not good, only that it will not work with our glass vessels.

Me and my family love use this faucet, tow functions: touch or by sense. I like use the touch function, it works so well, keep the faucet dry and clean. My husband like use the sense function, i feel it too sensitive. Good we bought tow.

I got this faucet when we did the bathroom remodel. Have a touch less one in kitchen and it has worked great for 5 years. So deciced to go with the same for bathroom. Really like the touch less feature. It was easy to install.

The faucets were very difficult to install. They would work for a while and then stop. I returned them because they were useless. Had to pay a plumber twice. Once to install and once to remove.
