Rated 4 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Easy sink drain plug I purchased 2 of these pop-up drain plugs. They really work well, except they are almost too wide for a standard sink. Our drains are located toward the rear of the sinks and would have looked better is they were not so wide. Other than that they really work well. We had to do a little bit of adjusting to prevent leaks but after we finally got it adjusted we really do like them. February 23, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Looks good but doesn't fit on an undermount sink! purchased this for a bathroom remodel. I used a Kohler Undermount Archer Sink and the threads were not long enough to pass thru the sink and attache the tail peice. Only one thread to seal on.....leaked very badly. December 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just what we needed. . When the person came and installed our new counter and sink he discovered there was not room between the backsplash and the faucet for the lever, to close the other sink stopper. This solved the problem. June 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bold and beautiful Who writes a review about a drain stopper? Well this one is special order and sooo handsome. April 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Looks Cool Works great and easy to install. larger than expected. February 14, 2015

Does this faucet work with a second hole for the overflow?

I have a new sink that has a second hole about 2" below the regular sink hole. I have never had one of these type of sinks before.

Thanks

I purchased a push pop drain assembly for a vessel with an overflow (72173-RB). Does this require silicone sealer to install?

Answer:
Hi Tom,

Thank you for your question! The gasket should provide a water tight seal in most applications. Silicone is not required, but may be used to help ensure a proper seal. We recommend to apply silicone around the under side of the flange.

Thanks,
Jon

Is the Delta 72173 Push Pop-Up with Overflow compatible as a replacement for the drain pop-up that comes with Delta Addison Faucet Model 592-DST already installed in our sinks? The pop-up on our Addison Faucets do not function well and our plumber recommended replacing them with a Push Pop-Up.

Answer:
Hi R,

Thank you for your question! If you do not have enough room behind the faucet or under the sink to use the included drain, you may install a 72173 Push Pop-Up. However, the pop up will work independently of the faucet, so the lift rodin the back of the faucet will not be functional. You may either remove the lift rod or leave it in place.

Jon
