this product has terrific features i bought this about a month ago, and i haven't looked back, it's durable lightweight and has all the settings i need. the massage feature is hard to escape, you could shower all day and not get sick of it. i give it a 10 it just don't get any better March 19, 2013

How can I increase the water flow?

I recently pirchased this prodcut and except for one setting the water presure is low. I have no leaks and my old shower head was fine. Is there a presure restrictor built in to the shower hose somewhere?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 75525SN flows at 2.5 gpm at 60 psi. This is the most flow allowed by legislation.

model 75525, water will not flow through head. There does not appear to be an opening in the head.

Clean Nozzles

I've had your Venetian Bronze hand shower unit for almost 2 years. Over time, the spray head shoots water out at all angles. I have rubbed the head & soaked it in vinegar. It actually got worse after a vinegar soak!!! I hate to use harsh chemicals - is there anything else I can do?? I don't have hard water, but I do have well water.

Does this model have a pause feature?

I purchased this from Lowe's and its website claims that the spray has a pause feature. However, I don't see that on the box. So does this model have the pause feature or not?

Answer: 
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 75525SN does have a pause feature. There is a lever on the bottom of the handheld showerhead that switches the settings including the pause feature. When the faucet is on the pause setting, there will still be a trickle of water coming out. The only way to have a positive shut off to the faucet is on the valve.

IS IT NORMAL FOR WATER TO LEAK OUT WHERE HEAD MEATS HOSE WHEN WATER IS TURNED OFF?

WHILE SHOWERING, WATER DOES NOT LEAK OUT THE BACK OF THE SHOWER HEAD BUT AS SOON AS WATER IS TURNED OFF, WATER RELEASES AND LEAKS OUT WHERE HEAD ATTACHES TO HOSE. IS THIS A RELEASE VALVE REACTION OR IS MY SHOWER HEAD DEFECTIVE?

I recently purchased the model #75525 shower head. Before I had a chance to install it, my grandson took it all apart. I looked for a parts diagram so I could put it back together properly but did not find one. I guessed at what parts went where and must be reasonably close since it seems to work. I will not feel comfortable until I know for sure that I reassembled all the washers, o-rings and other parts correctly. I am requesting an exploded parts diagram or at least a narrative on how the parts go together. I have always been able to find the information I need for my other Delta products but this one eludes me.
