Delta In2ition® Two-In-One Shower Arm Mount Shower
Works really well
Only had this for about a month now, but it works well. This was my first time installing a shower head, but it was really simple. We don't have really high water pressure and we have soft water - this shower head gives us the ability to divert water to the shower head, the wand, or both... there is a nice spread of water with both going, but the nice thing is when you really need that focused blast, you can switch it to just the wand and use one various stream patterns to wash away soap. There is a notable difference between using both the head and wand and diverting to one or the other - the pressure is VERY different, but it's still way better than our old shower head. I love how well the wand is held by the main unit. I wish the hose was didn't get in the way some times, but I don't feel like that can be helped. I think it's mostly because I have a small shower. All in all, I've been very pleased with this product and I would buy it again - in fact, I will likely buy the same one for the guest bathroom...

Great shower upgrade - Spa quality
Sleek design and simple instructions made the product easy to install. The multiple settings allow you to control the pressure of the spray which keeps everybody happy. You also can pull the massager hose away from the shower head and rinse off leisurely. I would strongly recommend this product. I will probably buy a second one for my main bathroom. I am completely satisfied.

Updated Experience - Hose Replacement
Back in January 2014, Delta supplied me with a free replacement Model #75588. My initial experience was poor due to a new design plastic hose that was extremely stiff. I replaced the plastic hose with a Delta metal stretchable hose and since that time I could not be happier with this showerhead. I want to be clear that the poor design rating is limited solely to the original plastic hose supplied with this showerhead. The metal replacement hose makes this a really great package and I would highly recommend it.

The plastic swivel ball was so tight I could not adjust the angle of the head. I was told to return it and check the replacement before buying. I check all the stock and they were the same. Sounds like a manufacturing glitch.

Lots of features
Delta did a good thing with this model. With the detachable head that provides a great length of hose. There is a no-flow option, options to use both heads or either one. Soft shower, pulse jet, hard stream. all good.

The inventor or the creator of this product did an excellent job!
I love the multiple setting, it gives me the satisfaction, especially the massage setting. The detachable shower head is very helpful, when I am done using it, I used it to rinse/clean the soap/residue of the entire bathroom. Before, I used the small bucket to rinse the soap. I am very glad/happy I bought this product.

Great Products & Service
I recently contacted Delta Customer Support as the hose for our shower head was malfunctioning. Delta mailed our new part, free of charge, within the hour. Great products and customer service!

This was an impulse buy. Normally I would do the research and find a quality product; but this looked good in the fancy display unit. The price should have been the clue that this is ALL plastic. I think Delta has a metal version for $200, compared to the $90 I paid for this one at the blue BB; the orange BB does not carry it.
(1) it was easy enough to install, no major issues (2) it works just fine (3) everything is plastic: shower head base, hand held shower head, & hose (4) there's no shower arm included - but the shower head is so large that you will not need a long arm. I think I bought a 6 inch - all METAL - shower arm (5) the color is nearly black; whereas, the other metal fixtures in this remodeled bath have a rich oil rubbed look to them. (6) the removable hand-held shower hose extension is VERY stiff; I think Delta will replace it if you complain. (7) the hose is 72 inches long, so it hangs down right to the tub drain. (8) the removable hand shower is firmly held in place so much so that I expect something to break. Fortunately, this device is in the guest bath, so it won't get daily use. For the money, it's provides a nice shower; just don't expect it to last if you use it everyday.
