Answer:

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # R2700 does not contain a 1/4 turn stop to allow the most water to flow. You can add on to your stem unit if you need to make them a 1/4 turn handles with Delta Faucet model # RP24097.

The handles will turn on by turning them towards the spout, so the hot is counter-clockwise and the cold is clockwise.
