the water of lable seem backwards

Ok I installed as you see on the picture with hot-cold label to your right, the delta name at the bottom. I set the temperature dial to the ideal temp. But it seems that there is no cold water of I move the lever down towards the cold there is no cold water, but hot. Could I have installed the cartridge wrong?

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Your faucet should turn on by turning the handle up towards noon. The closer you get to noon, the hotter the water should get.

If you are moving the handle down to turn it on and getting hot water first, it sounds like the valve may in upside down.
