Answer: 
Hi None, Thank you for your question. Often mineral build up will make it hard to remove the set screw. We recommend soaking a towel in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the handle set screw opening and allow the mixture to soak in. This should help break up the mineral build up allowing the set screw to be removed easier.
