Why is there not sufficent hot water

I recently had this installed in my shower but the water does not get hot only warm...the single handle faucet only moves from the 3 o'clock position to the 12 position...is this normal?

Answer: 
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T14194 should move from the 3 o'clock position to the noon position. It is possible that your roational limit stop needs adjusting to allow more hot water to flow through the valve. Included here are the instructions for adjustiing the limit stop. The directions are on page 8.

Thank you for your question. A bath waste assembly is not included in the shipment of Delta Faucet model #T14194-RB. There are a few offerings in the RB (Venetian Bronze) finish (for example, Delta part #RP691RB). Attached is a link to where this information can be found on our website.
