Answer: 
Thank you for your question. A wall mount handshower can be added to Delta Faucet model #T14453-SSH2O. The wall elbow for the handshower (Delta part #50560-SS) would need to be purchased in addtion to the handshower itself (for example: Delta Faucet part #55530-SS).
