I have a 14 series Multichoice tub and shower faucet.
When I turn on the valve the tub and the shower will run at the same time, without pulling up the divertor for the shower.
This is a new faucet.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. What you are experiencing is called shower rise. To prevent this from happening, the following conditions must be met:1. Only 1/2 inch copper tubing or iron pipe can be used between the valve and the tub spout.
2. There has to be a minimum of 8 inches and a maximum of 18 inches between the valve and the tub spout.
3. There can only be one 90 degree angle from the valve to the tub spout.

How can i fix the leak on the faucet of arzo monitor?
The leak is on the faucet, (cold water). When i closed the handle, there is a minor drip on the faucet. My arzo monitor 14 series Tub and shower trim is now 2 years and 3 months old.
