Lahara #10000 Valve

Installed Lahara #10000 valve and trim #T17238 in remodeled shower. Running handheld with diverter off of shower. Water flow off show head seems to be good... Water flow in handheld is weaker than expected... hardly strong enough for massage shower to work.

Am I missing something here? Suggestions?

I know I am messing this up, I should post it as a question, so here it is:
Sorry I confused you. Maybe I should ask like this: I have 2 bathrooms.
In bathroom#1 I plan to install T17238, 55021 and 50560.
In bathroom#2 I plan to install T17438, 55021 and 50560.
What diverters and rough valves (and anything additional) I need to purchase for each bathroom? Note: all water outlets must operate only individually.
thanks

Answer:
Welcome back! We're happy to help as many times is needed to ensure all the proper parts are ordered to complete your two bathrooms! In addition to the two trims that were listed, you will need one rough valve assembly (Delta part #R10000-UNBX) each for a total of qty 2. Now, in order to divert between the other functions, you will need both the diverter trim and diverter rough. The 3 setting trim is Delta Faucet part # T11800 and the rough valve assembly will be Delta model #R11000. Please do not hesitate to contact us at 800-345-3358 for additional questions!

Confusing answer above

I am sorry but I found you answer to my question (both above) confusing. From Delta spec sheet: RP71717 is Non-shared 2 function cartridge for use with 3-setting diverter trim. However, RP71718 (not mentioned in your answer) is Non-shared 3 function cartridge for use with 6-setting diverter trim.
In bath1 I proposed T11800 which is 3-setting diverter trim.
In bath2 I proposed T11900 which is 6-setting diverter trim.
I think the answer to my question should be ONE of these two choices:
1. All proposed components in both baths are correct. The only pieces you are missing from your bath set-ups is the RP71717 for bath1 and RP71718 for bath2.
OR
2. All proposed components in both baths are correct except T11900 in bath2 - T11800 should be used instead. The only piece you are missing from both bath set-ups is the RP71717.
So, which one is correct, 1 or 2 ? Thanks

Answer:
Thank you for your post. I do apologize for your confusion. I thought we were talking about two different bathrooms, and now I think we are talking about one bathroom. You need to know if you need to use the 3 setting diverter or the 6 setting diverter.

If you are only going to run two things off of the diverter, those being the handshower and the stationary handshower, then you will need the T11800. You will still need the RP71717 if you do not want to share those two devices at any time. Hopefully this clears up the confusion.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. The only piece you are missing from both bath set-ups is the RP71717. This is a cartridge that is installed in place of the one that comes with the R11000. It will make your diverter a non-shared diverter.
