Vero Monitor® 17 Series Shower Trim 4.3 5 6 6
Well made- looks awesome We bought this shower set for a shower only bath redo. I didn't just want an ordinary looking set. The shower head is quite large and the shower is great. Quite pricey as showers go, but the finish- ours is chrome looks beautiful. A quick wipe is all you need to keep it clean. After spending $$ on a new bathroom- I'm glad I went with this- it stands out and looks classy. One more thing- if you are tall- make sure to measure for correct height. We had a plumber install the set . March 26, 2015
Look is great, quality is poor I installed this shower head in December 2014. Looked fantastic. Valve system works great. Shower head started leaking out of the seams after 3 months. Delta replaced the shower head in March and the replacement head is doing the same thing after 3 months. In the midst of working with Delta to get another replacement. There are definitely quality control issues. June 9, 2015
Great features I purchased this product while we were having our master bath remodeled. I bought it for the appearance, but the first time it was used, WOW!!!! When the shower is turned off, the water stops coming out. I mean no dripping!!!! November 22, 2014
Looks great, works great Very well made. Love the separate control over volume and temperature. The controller feels heavy, smooth and solid. The large rectangular shower head delivers a wonderful, relaxing flow of water. March 30, 2015
Beautiful fixture! I bought this fixture a year ago when we rremolded our guest bathroom. Loved it so much bought it again for our master bath remodel. March 8, 2015
great value It's beautiful & has good water pressure. My water does leave spots on the wall mounted regulator, but if still purchase it again. December 16, 2014

Answer:
Hi TC, Thank you for your question. The 16" long RP46870CZ shower arm that ships with the T17253-CZ shower trim is the longest shower arm we offer. Unfortunately we do not have any type of an extension for this model.

Can you adjust the pressure?

It seems like the shower head doesn't have a lot of pressure even when I have the pressure knob all the way on. I know it is to simulate rain, but pressure seems low. I also have two delta body sprays (50150) installed (using the delta r11000). Their pressure seems perfect. Even when I am just running the shower head, the pressure seems weak. The pressure does not decrease when going from hot to cold, and it doesn't decrease when I turn on the body sprays in conjunction with it. (Note-Plumber installed the systems)

Answer:
Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. The RP62955 shower head is rated at a flow rate of 2.5 gallons per minute at 80 psi. You may want to remove the showerhead and make sure that the debris screen in the showerhead is clean. Flush the shower connection with the head off to clean out the piping as well.
Thanks,
Dave

Extra parts when assembling shower body (T17253)?

Customer avatar
by
Paul
Long Island, New York, USA
I purchased all the parts for my shower in December 2013 and am trying to finish the installation (currently September 2014). I misplaced the instructions for the shower body and am going by the current instructions posted online as of September 2014. There seem to be several extra parts not mentioned in the current instructions: a stainless steel plate, two springs, and two rubber cups. Are these parts necessary and where do they go?

Or is the head stationary?

If the head does title and/or rotate?

1) tilt: how many degrees from the right angle made with the pipe shown in the installation position?

2) swivel: how many degrees around attached pipe?

Thanks!

Thank you for your question. To remove the temperature knob cover, we recommend squeezing the sides together slightly with one hand. Then with the other hand, grasp the knob sticking out and pop it off the faucet.
