Rated 2 out of 5 by Kevin Two of three have developed severe leaking
We like the look of this shower head and the adjustable stream. Also like the easy-to-clean nozzles--just run your finger over the rubbery tips to remove water deposits. That said, for the price we were very surprised to find the outer shell made of plastic. And recently, after returning from a one-month vacation, we found that two of our three shower heads had developed severe leaking at the area where the two parts of the outer shell meet. There doesn't appear to be a user-replaceable o-ring or seal to fix the problem. Perhaps Delta support can provide an easy fix (and we'll be happy to change our review accordingly), otherwise we would advise others to avoid this shower head.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Margie Lacking in quality, but looks great
This collection looks great but lacking in quality. After only one year the shower head leaks terribly and sprays out around the area where two pieces join together in order to adjust the spray. Also, the tub faucet has begun to drip constantly and the temperature adjustment dial is extremely hard to move. We also have the widespread lavatory faucet and it too has begun to drip. Purchasing this whole collection seems to have been quite an expensive mistake.

Rated 3 out of 5 by RCP001 Second time around for me. Thank goodness for Customer service.
We purchased this product in 2011 while remodeling all our baths and kitchen. Began to drip in about 28 months. I went to my local hardware store where the purchase was made (Lowes) and they suggested a kit that wasn't even close. Didn't really surprise me they don't appear very knowledgeable usually. Contacted Delta Customer Service and was sent the right part to correct the problem. So now about 25 months later drip returns, called Delta and the rep was very helpful and really informed on the product. So far both reps have been great to work with and shipped me the parts to do the job. Recommend always watching the video.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SpaCityMark It takes 2 hands to adjust the temperature
Whenever you want to adjust the temperature of the unit, you have to hold the pressure valve and the adjust the temperature valve. If not, you can shut down the flow. This feature is aggravating especially when you take account of the cost verse standard valve. Not worth it.

Would like to see the temp control not be made of plastic.
The settings for water pressure are great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by handymom leaking/junk
I love the look of this and spent the extra money buying something nice, from a supposed to be great brand. Well not happy at all. This thing leaks to matter what you do. Come to your website for support, and find out lots of other people have this same problem. To top it off after spending the amount of money I did, now I need to buy a replacement part. NO Thanks! I will purchase something different from a different brand. The supposed cheap stuff I bought for my teenage sons bathroom we have not had any problems with and spent 1/4 of what on spent on this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer This product is not worth the money.
I've had all kinds of trouble getting hot water out of this faucet. I 've taken off the cover and rotated the mechanism and still get lukewarm water. I even turned up the heat on my hot water heater. I can get hot water out of the sink but apparently they want you to take cold showers with this faucet. My cheaper model in the guest bathroom works 10 times better. The shower pressure is lousy as well and even the tape that shows the red and blue is coming off. I would not recommend this product at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by PhillyDave Looks great, but leaks after less than 2 years of use
Bought this for our master bathroom remodel. After about 18 months, started to have a minor drip. Now after a few more months we have a constant leak.
Looked on the Delta website hoping there was a simple adjustment, but the course of action they recommend is to buy a new Cartridge Assembly for about $50 after shipping and tax. Seems like a lot to spend when the valve, housing, trim, shower head were >$550 to start. Would have thought you'd get better quality/durability for that much money!
