Love the look of the shower head, however, there is not much water pressure. It feels like a gentle rainfall. Would love to know if this is just the way the product is made or if there is a problem on our end. The water pressure for our new Delta tub and sink faucets is just fine. If I knew how to get more water pressure, I would give the shower head five stars in all categories.

Recent remodel to two bathrooms called for new fixtures. Chose the T17294-I model, one in stainless and one in chrome for the new installs. Love the look, and love the functionality of the new showers, however the outer ring of the stainless combination head (the stationary shower head) leaks like crazy at the bottom of both the left and right side. If you reach up and hold the front and back together it will stop, but that really defeats the purpose of the combination head. Chrome head functions great and no leaks. Don't know if they are produced in different locations or factories, but quality control may be an issue in stainless.
Great look, great center handheld, leaky outer ring.

The shower head is doing okay for now but it's made of plastic and I don't suspect it will last more than a couple of years. I have corrosive water and it destroys plastic much quicker than metal. When I ordered it I didn't know it was made from plastic. The handheld shower head doesn't readily snap into place when seating it back into the larger shower head. It would have been better if it had a pulse setting. The water setting is great. I've set the faucet for the temperature I like and it is always pretty close.

I installed this in my own home and now I recommend it to hundreds of clients. It give you a wonderfully large shower pattern and the ease of using the handheld at the same time. Snap it in, and snap it out...just wonderful. I also love the 'pause' button feature, which makes the water run at a trickle, so I can set it down without making a big mess. Amazing!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tillco Nifty dual action sprayer
I purchased this item so that I could have the benefit of a fixed shower head and hand held spray without the expense of a diverter valve system. This unit has done a good job of providing this feature. The removable head is a little loose in the holder but so far stays in place. The parts are plastic and I hope they hold up to the repeat usage of the unit. Spray is good, I wish the hose was a little more pliable as the stiffness of the line does not allow for a nice straight lay when in the holder. Over all I am very pleased.

I bought this a couple of months ago waiting for the contract to start the remodel of the guest bathroom in my house. Spent a great deal of time looking before deciding on this model. Needed something compact without a lot of apparatus but one that still packed a punch when it came time to get wet, This one not only does all that - it is a beautiful addition to the shower, matches everything else, and provides both the benefit of an overhead and handheld shower experience in one piece. Wonderful.

Bought this several months ago, and the unit connected to the wall works just fine, BUT the head attachment is not created well AT ALL! There is so VERY LITTLE that holds the shower head onto the wall mount that it's ridiculous! Small Plastic nodules are suppose to keep it, but no... it's just a bad design...Too Bad, because the concept is great! But the actual function is ruined by the ONE SMALL ELEMENT WHY skimp on the part that really makes or breaks the whole?
