Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Like the look, unhappy that the temperature knob cover is plastic. Unfortunately, our temperature knob cover is broke and now I have to replace. With everything else metal, why isn't this piece? February 12, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very stingy shower head This is the stingiest shower head I have ever used. Don't buy it if you like to take showers. Doesn't provide enough water for my wife to get the shampoo out of her hair. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in places where water was short and shower heads were necessarily obstructed to reduce flow. But this is the worst I have seen, and we are stuck with two of these expensive ornaments. February 20, 2015

Answer:
Hi jagr,

Thank you for your question. The RP72565 or RP43028 Cassidy tub spout is non-metallic. However, this unit does not include a tub spout.

Jon

R10000 UNBX valve

Is the R10000 UNBX the only valve that will work with this shower? We are building new construction and the builder has installed a non-delta valve. We're concerned that it will not work with the T17297 trim.

Answer:
Hello Stacey,

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a non-Delta valve would work with a Delta trim and we can only advise that use a Delta rough in valve with a Delta trim.

I hope this helps.

Best Regards,
Justin

Answer:
Hi Carolm, Thank you for your question. The H795RB handle cannot replace the temperature knob on your model T17297-RB. The H795RB is made to fit on the T13/T14 series tub/shower trims, not the T17.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17297-RB has a rotational limit stop that can be adjusted to allow the consumer to get more hot water coming through the valve. The factory sets the temperature at about 105 degress but it can be adjusted to 120 degrees depending on the water heater.

Included here are the instructions for adjusting the rotational limit stop.
