Thank you for your questions. Unfortunately, we do not have a good recommendation for you. It is a personal preference where to install your components. It will depend on who is using the shower and how tall they are so they get the best shower experience.

Need confirmation regarding copper pipe type installation of the Vero tub spout. With respect to the supplied adapter (o-ring on one end and double-sided thread other end), the o-ring end is always towards the tub spout? The schematic picture on the spout packaging seems to indicate this as the direction, but the adapter will only screw in so far. Which end is soldered onto the copper pipe?

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17453-SS can be paired with Delta Faucet model # R11000 rough-in diverter and T11853-SS diverter trim. You will then be able to divert from your showerhead to your handheld shower.
We have 2 handheld showers in the Vero collections. They are model numbers 55530-SS(wall mount) and 57530-SS(slide bar mount).
You will also need a wall supply elbow and we have 2 to chose from there-50570-SS is square, and 50560-SS is round.
