Hi Mobynick,

The shower head should be putting out 2.5 GPM at 80 PSI of incoming water pressure. If your water pressure incoming is less, the output will be less as well.

There is nothing that can be added to or removed from the unit to increase the flow.

If you are not getting 2.5 GPM, you may need to flush the system. To do this, turn the water off to the faucet and remove the handle and all the parts behind the handle. Close the shower curtain or shower door and turn the water back on. Let the water run for 30-45 seconds, turn the water back off and reassemble the faucet.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17494-I has a hose that is 69 inches long. We do manufacture a couple of hoses that are shorter that will also work with your showerhead. Delta Faucet model # U490R-40-PK is 40 inches long and Delta Faucet model # U490R-60-PK is 60 inches long.

On the back of the stationary showerhead, there is a small handle that will allow you to switch the flow of water from the stationary showerhead to the handheld showerhead or to having both on at the same time.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17494-RB-I has several accessories to compliment the faucet. We manufacture an 18" towel bar, a 24" towel bar, a robe hook, a towel ring, and a tissue holder.

We do have one grab bar in the finishes that you are looking for. Delta Faucet model # 56302 is available in Stainless Steel and Venetian Bronze, However, this grab bar also has a 60-82" stetchable metal hose and and ADA slide mechanism, so it may not be exactly what you are looking for.

Is the handle supposed to spin 360 degrees, with no hard "on/off" positions?

We had the Linden Monitor shower and valve installed in our bathroom, but you can spin the handle 360 degrees so that it turns off, then on, then off, then on, etc. There is no set "off" position and therefore it is sometimes difficult (especially for children) to find the area where the faucet stops the water flow. Is this by design, or was this installed incorrectly?

i am looking at Linden Monitor® 17 Series Tub and Shower with In2ition® Two-in-One Shower

my shower has no external water shut offs; i must shut off water for entire house. so i am looking for single unit controls that have screw shut offs in the body of the unit in case it needs servicing, so that I don't have to shut off water to house

if this unit doesn't have the feature, please suggest other units that also include separate temp/volume controls that do

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17494-CZ-I is a trim only model. It does not include the valve. We would recommend pairing it with the R10000-UNWS rough in valve. This valve is equipped with screwdriver stops so the valve can be serviced without turning off the water to the whole house.
