by JoeK398 Linden 17 Series Tub and Shower With In2ition Two-in-One Shower
This fully coordinated Trim Package with Tub Spout, Integrated Fixed Shower Head and Hand Shower ( In2ition ) is classy looking, highly functional and is very cost effective.
In the past I had to purchase a separate Hand held shower and discard the fixed shower head and the attachment method usually involved drilling more holes in new tile work. The integrated fix and hand shower is a great solution.

I purchased two of these units for shower/baths in my new home. I liked the versatility of having a wand and a larger shower head, this combined the two. One unit, as I discovered later, was installed improperly by the plumber and, as a result, leaked. After a year of trying to stop the leak myself, I contacted Delta. I was amazed at how helpful and efficient they were. They did not just replace the part that was damaged, a small plastic washer, but sent me by FedX a completely new shower head. All this in just a few days. Can't beat Delta for service. I have used their products in several homes I have remodeled or built. I would recommend this unit, however; it has been discontinued.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JuneBug696 I like the feature of being able to use the hand held alone.
The color is not a true brushed nickel. It is too dark. I feel the hand held part of the shower will eventually fall out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer Great, for the most part
We purchased this item for our shower, and repurchased another one for the children's bathtub. The color of the product is spot on, couldn't be happier. The fact that there are a few options for water flow is great. (Outside ring only, outside ring and center handle, and center handle only.)
The ONLY issue we have had to face was the handle not properly sitting in the handle when put back. However, the reason being is that we weren't putting it back properly - and it did take some time getting it right. (It did hit me on the head once because I thought I had set it on right, but I didn't.) Now that we have figured that out, we love it!
Not only have I recommended this product to friends, I have also purchased a second one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by sugarfree not what I expected
I had looked at a delta shower head at a remodeling business and liked the look and the way the hand held part fit into the rest of the sprayer head. So I thought I was ordering the same one online. I was disapointed to find I had purchased a similiar yet different product. This one feels like very cheep plastic and does not fit into the back sprayer very well. There is a noticable gap between the two pieces. I'm hoping it will look better after instalation but I may decide to return it and get the other one. Looks and feels cheep. Not the quality you expect in a Delta product.

This product is mostly plastic! The tub spout is plastic, the large outer ring of the shower head is plastic, and the hand held showerhead hose is flimsy plastic. The website does indicate "some plastic" and it does show that the hose is plastic. For the money, and for a product from Delta, this is very disappointing! Certainly not worth the money.

This unit has a lot of features for the price but is made mostly of plastic. The shower head has the "non-clog" inserts which should really help with keeping it functioning well. The handheld is hard to get back into the head. I would buy it again for this type of application.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Delphinus_06 Functions Well But...
Overall, this shower/faucet combination functions well and provides the user with a means of adjusting water temperature by each person who uses the shower. However, from my perspective, too much plastic is used in the shower head for the unit it to earn 5 stars. The printed instructions could be much clearer and not attempt to cover a number of models. In addition, some of the important instructions were printed on the sub-pack bags in very tiny fonts on low-contrast backgrounds that made them challenging to read. (For example, Delta's use of black print on a medium green background) Installation was relatively easy, but the hot-water limit control was fussy to install, and the installer might benefit from a third hand to keep it in place. One disappointing feature was the relatively stiff polymer that Delta uses for the hand-held shower hose, which detracts from at least this customer's perception of quality. The hose does relax a bit after several uses with hot water, but there are higher-quality, more flexible polymer hoses available, which unfortunately would add to the cost of manufacturing.
