I have no water pressure from the tub or shower head. What could be causing this problem?

I have purchased the Dyden faucet for my vanity sink and have great pressure there. I have a new copper pipe from road to house. I have all copper piping in the house. I have great pressure in the basement and at my Delta H2O Touch kitchen sink faucet.

Answer: 
Thanks for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17T451 has a spout that either be slipped onto a 1/2" copper pipe or threaded onto a 1/2" iron pipe.

Included here is a link the instuctions for installing your tub spout. The inststructions are on page 4.

Answer: 
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17T451 has metallic and non-metallic parts. The tub spout and showerhead are non-metallic. The trim is mostly non-metallic. The valve is metallic.
