Leland Roman Tub faucets

I just bought a house and it has Leland Roman Tub faucet on the Jacuzzi bathtub. The issues were:
1) when shut off hot water, I had to come back a little for water to stop. If I closed all the way the water flow again. Opened the handle and I discovered the metal-stop was bent so it went through to the metal-start and didn't stop where it should. Do you sell a single handle replacement?
2) the water is ... not dripping but like small gush every 5 seconds, even after I had replaced both stems (RP1740C) and the little spring/plastic cover inside. What else can I fix?
Thanks for all the help and information you can provide.

I have a customer that has what looks like a Leland type roman tub filler faucet.

I can't find a parts break down on this faucet. The plastic bushings in the handles are rounded out and need to be replaced. Can you email me this part number and cost so I can order it.
