INDIANAPOLIS - Delta Faucet expands its shower product offering with the introduction of new round raincan showerheads with H2Okinetic Technology®. To meet a variety of design needs, the raincan showerheads are available in traditional, transitional and contemporary designs that coordinate with a number of existing Delta® collections.

Delta Faucet is also introducing three different square shower components, providing consumers with a wider array of design options. "One of the body sprays and one of the jets will also offer our innovative H2OKinetic Technology," said Allison McKinney, product manager for Delta Faucet Company. "We strive to continually find new and improved ways to enhance the shower experience for the user."

About the new round raincan showerheads:

H2Okinetic Technology®

Flowing at 2.0 gpm, the new round raincan showerheads improve water efficiency by 20 percent, while providing the feel of an enhanced flow of the industry standard 2.5 gpm. This innovative technology uses larger droplets that retain their heat longer and a denser spray pattern to create a drenching sensation and luxurious shower experience.

CALGreenSM compliant [1]

CALGreen standards require buildings to reduce overall use of potable water within the building by 20 percent. To demonstrate the 20 percent reduction, a performance calculation must either prove a combined reduction from plumbing fixtures, such as the lavatory faucets, showerheads and urinals, or demonstrate that individual products installed provide a 20 percent reduction in flow from the standard flow rate for all faucets.
