How do I get Delta replacement parts for a discontinued faucet model?

Faucet Replacement Parts information for many discontinued models can be found through Customer Support section of the site.

From the Customer Support Main Page you can use the Get Support & Repair Parts tab to locate your product first.

If you know your model number, enter it in the Know Your Model box provided. If you do not know your number, click on the link “Use our handy Wizard” and you will then be guided through a wizard designed to help identify your faucet. The result produces images of faucets that fit the descriptions selected in the wizard. If you see a model that matches yours, click on it and you will have access to any documents available. Parts diagrams are usually found in the Parts Diagram document, however occasionally you will need to view the Installation Instructions document if a specific parts diagram is not available.

Some older models are not available on our site.  If you cannot find it, we'll be glad to assist you in determining if parts are available for your faucet. To determine if parts are still available, call 1-800-345-DELTA (3358) or e-mail us.

How do I request faucet parts under warranty?

 

If a problem arises with a Delta Faucet a customer may request replacement parts in a variety of ways.

  1. Write - You may send a letter explaining when and where the faucet was purchased, who installed it, along with the model number to: Delta Faucet Company Attn: Product Service 55 E. 111th St. Indianapolis, IN 46280

  2. E-mail - You may e-mail the Customer Service team at customerservice@deltafaucet.com.

  3. Click here to send a message directly to Customer Service.

  4. Phone - You may call the 1-800-345-DELTA (3358) Customer Service number and speak with a representative about receiving replacement parts under warranty.

  5. Some Delta Faucet distributors will exchange parts for a warranteed faucet. You should check with your distributor first to determine their policy.

How long will it take to receive the repair parts from Delta?

About seven to ten working days. If your need is urgent, please call 1-800-345-DELTA (3358) and express this to the customer service representative to expedite shipping.

I received the wrong replacement parts. How can I obtain the correct ones?

If you received your parts from Delta please call 1-800-345-DELTA (3358) or contact us by e-mail.

If you purchased your parts from a retail or wholesale source, return them to the source for a refund or exchange, depending on store policy.

Do you have a parts breakdown for the discontinued two-handle pressure balance shower – 2300 Series?

Yes – attached is a PDF of the parts breakdown.  While some of the parts are discontinued, most of the internal parts can still be purchased.

The finish on the drain plug for my metal pop-up assembly is tarnishing, what should I do?

For all Metal Pop-Up assemblies manufactured after 1997 you will have to replace the drain flange and stopper. The part number for the stopper is RP5648. You would then attach the appropriate finish suffix to the part number. With no suffix the part will be chrome. The drain flange part number is RP23060. The flange unscrews from the rest of the pop up assembly.

For all Metal Pop-Up assemblies manufactured before 1997 you may need to replace the entire pop-up assembly. You can find information on the complete drain assembly - part number RP26533 by clicking here.

The stopper may be ordered as part number RP5648. The drain flange is not available any longer.  To replace the flange, you will have to replace the entire drain assembly.

Are the two parts interchangable?

Can I change the 14 Series Tub and Shower Trim - T14494-RB with Model #T17494-RB. The reason why is because the T14494-RB doesn't have a volume control.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for your question. If your current faucet rough in valve is newer than February 2006 you will be able to switch out the T14494-RB trim to the T17494-RB trim. If the rough is older than February 2006 when we introduced the R10000 multichoice universal rough you will not be able to make the change.

how to remove the quick connect sprayer

I have a mdl.B441OLF single handle kitchen faucet I just purchased. I just installed the quick connect and I forgot to put the securing bracket on. Now I haave to disassemble the entire faucet. Trouble is I cannot remove the quick connect hose that I just attached. There are 2 tabs items 4 and 3 on the instructions that snap into receiving tab 4. This was done. Now I cant remove the quick connect to remove it. So how do I remove the connector now that it is on? I released both tabs and pulled on the connector with my fingers but it doesn't come off. I am afraid to grab it with a tool to pull it in fear that I would break it . Please help

Hi Ken, Thank you for your question. To remove the sprayer hose on your model B4410LF faucet you will need to press in on the textured portion on the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up slightly and then pull the hose down off the fittting.

Discontinued bath fixture parts identification?

Would you have a better resolution on file of the thumbnail diagram "Single Handle Bath Valves Models 1600 Series" posted? I can not read the part numbers even when enlarged. Also, could you identify the model number of the 1990's tub faucet components attached and the part number of the replacement stem cartridge and seals? Do you have a faucet parts diagram for this set? Thank you!

Hi Jake, Thank you for your question. Pictured is an older 2767/2768 series roman tub faucet. The valves use the RP24096 stem assemblies and RP4993 seats and springs to control the water flow.

Hi Jim, Thank you for your question. If you are looking for the gasket that is placed between the shower head and shower arm we offer the 4959BG. The 4959BG is a bag that contains 5 of these gaskets.

Replacement faucet

attached are pictures of an existing faucet I want to change to oil rubbed bronze, I bought the style I liked which was a lever style, however the new faucet guts are bigger then the existing. Does the main connection have to be changed in the wall or is there a retro fit for this model. Thanks

Hi Jon, Thank you for your question. If your faucet handle moves up and down to turn the faucet on and off , left/right for temperature you have a 600 series faucet. We offer the RP54870RB renovation kit for the 600 series faucet in the venetian bronze finish.
If the handle motion of the faucet is to turn counter-clockwise to turn on, and clockwise to turn the faucet off the faucet is a 1600 series faucet. We do not offer a oil rubbed bronze finish in this series. The entire faucet including the rough in valve would have to be replaced.

Series 1600 spec's and parts?

My shower (only) valve is a 1600-series per your ID. I am remodeling my shower and want to keep it (I like it so much!), but am relocating it, so the rough-in valve will be removed and reinstalled. Can it survive this, and what do I need to know/do to not damage it? Can you send me a full parts diagram, and what parts do you still have available: bonnet nut (colors?), cartridge(s), etc.? I already have a new knob, escutcheon, & screws. Also, what is the flow rate?

Hi DWHmore, Thank you for your question. If your faucet handle moves up and down to turn the faucet on and off you have a 600 series faucet. The handle motion of the 1600 would only turn counter-clockwise to turn on, and clockwise to turn off. We offer the RP54870 renovation kit for the 600 series faucet in chrome, brilliance stainless (SS), and venetian bronze (RB) finishes.
I have no hints for moving the rough in valve as it is usually a one time installation.

do I need to replace the rough-in valve??

House was built in 93 and I assume the delta faucets we have in the bathroom are original to the house. We are remodeling the bathroom now and didn't realize the universal trim kit we bought doesn't work with the current valve/cartridge. Is there a way I can replace it without tearing the walls out (again!) with our new tile already installed? There is nothing wrong with the old valve and cartridge (actually currently works as it is pictured having a hard time getting a new handle on it!). Here is a picture of what we have to deal with (it had one of those old knob glass looking handles) and I just want to replace the trim/handle so it matches the brushed nickel in the rest of the new bathroom. Thank you.

Hi Janelle, Thank you for your question. The pictured faucet is a 600 series faucet. We offer the RP54870SS renovation kit that will give you a lever style handle valve only trim in our brilliance stainless faucet which is a brushed finish comparable to other brands brushed nickel. You would need to order a separate tub spout, shower head, arm , and flange in the matching finish.

Repair part for 2300 Series

I have a 2300 Series Two Handle Monitor Bath Valves system installed about 1999. I would like to get a replacement Trim RP-26759 part. This is a discontinued unit but is the part still available or can you recommend a supplier that might still have the part?

Hi John, Thank you for your question. The 2300 series faucets were discontinued in January 2001, and the RP26759 trim in April 2009. Unfortunately we no longer have any product on hand.

I would like to replace a 1990 Delta brass shower fixture...

I would like to replace a 1990 Delta brass shower fixture/trim and cartridge (photo attached) with a nickel finish trim without replacing the valve. Can you tell me what models are available to me. I noticed that the T13/T14 models have a different screw position on the escutcheon trim. Mine is at 5 and 7, not 1 and 7. Since it is 1990's vintage, can I still use the RP19804 cartridge? If I want to replace the adapter (seats, springs, and quad seals) at the same time, can I use the RP46073 unit? Is the Brizo line adaptable to my valve? My understanding is that Brizo is a Delta product line. Thanks for your time!

Hi Jake, Thank you for your question. The pictured faucet is a 1600 series faucet. Unfortunately we do not offer a renovation kit or current trim that will fit the rough in valve used in this series. Individual trim pieces are available in the chrome finish only. To change out to a nickel finish the entire faucet including the rough would have to be replaced.
