How do I get Delta replacement parts for a discontinued faucet model?

Faucet Replacement Parts information for many discontinued models can be found through Customer Support section of the site.

If you do not know your number, click on the link “Use our handy Wizard” and you will then be guided through a wizard designed to help identify your faucet. The result produces images of faucets that fit the descriptions selected in the wizard. If you see a model that matches yours, click on it and you will have access to any documents available. Parts diagrams are usually found in the Parts Diagram document, however occasionally you will need to view the Installation Instructions document if a specific parts diagram is not available.

Some older models are not available on our site.  If you cannot find it, we'll be glad to assist you in determining if parts are available for your faucet. To determine if parts are still available, call 1-800-345-DELTA (3358) or e-mail us.

Yes – attached is a PDF of the parts breakdown.  While some of the parts are discontinued, most of the internal parts can still be purchased.

The finish on the drain plug for my metal pop-up assembly is tarnishing, what should I do?

For all Metal Pop-Up assemblies manufactured after 1997 you will have to replace the drain flange and stopper. The part number for the stopper is RP5648. You would then attach the appropriate finish suffix to the part number. With no suffix the part will be chrome. The drain flange part number is RP23060. The flange unscrews from the rest of the pop up assembly.

For all Metal Pop-Up assemblies manufactured before 1997 you may need to replace the entire pop-up assembly. You can find information on the complete drain assembly - part number RP26533 by clicking here.

The stopper may be ordered as part number RP5648. The drain flange is not available any longer.  To replace the flange, you will have to replace the entire drain assembly.

What do I do if I discover that I am missing faucet parts?

Hi... I'm updating my bathroom fixtures, and the tub set up is not a standard set up with the faucet in the middle and the hot/cold handles on either side. Both the hot/cold handles are on the righthand side of the faucet.

Are there replacement parts in brushed nickel that fit this setup?

I've attached a pic of what I currently have...

Thanks!

The old Delta valve is welded behind the shower wall. I would like to install the new kit without the expense and trouble of replacing the old valve. Is there a valve cartridge that I can purchase to use with the new set?

I need the model number of the faucet so I can replace the handles.

The attached pictures are of a roman tub faucet from about 1992. I want to replace the handles with an updated chrome finish. The old handles were chrome and brass. Can you provide me with a model number and or the model numbers for chrome handles that could be used as replacements? I tried to locate it on the website but couldn't find a picture that matched the handle style.

Hi Sheri,

Thank you for your question! Based on the photos, you have the model 2710-CB. You can use any handle set that starts with H6, such as the H65, or H64 & A64. The link below will take you to a document that lists our handle options.

http://www.deltafaucet.com/customer...

The handle bases are part number RP18543 (single base).

Hi Mike,

Thank you for your question! Any of our T14 or T13 series trim kits will work on an existing 1400 series valve. However, you will need to use the existing cartridge (or RP19804) instead of the cartridge that comes with the trim kit.

Thanks,
Jon

Replace RP46463

Hi, I have an old multichoice 17 shower with an RP46463 cartridge. I would like to replace it with a single control 13/14 like the Ara monitor 14. Attached are a couple pictures of my rough in. Can you tell me if either the RP46074 that comes with the Ara or the RP19804 will fit this rough in? Or is what I want to do not possible. Thanks a lot.

Our house was built 20 years ago. The tub/shower combo is still in good shape, but we would like to change out the trim without cutting a hole in the wall and getting a new valve. Is this possible? If so, what model number do we purchase? I have not seen any online that have the shower diverter button. We would love to get the venetian bronze but would even purchase the polished nickel if this trim is made and available. Thank you.

Answer:
Hi Dawn,

Thank you for your question! Your tub/shower is a 600 series. We make a renovation kit, RP54780, which comes in Chrome, Stainless Steel, or Venetian Bronze.

The shower head, arm, flange, and tub spout will need to be purchased separately. Also, the escutcheon plate will not have a hole for the push-button diverter. However, you can cap the diverter hole of the valve by using the RP2865 diverter plug and install a diverting tub spout.

Answer:
Hi Paul,

Thank you for your question! You can replace the clear knob handles without getting into the wall. The button cover should pop out to reveal a Phillip's head screw. Once the screw is removed you can pull the handle off and install a new handle.

The single handle tub/showers are 600 series faucets which use the RP17451 knob handle. The two handle faucet can use the H21 knob handles.

Thanks,
Jon
