Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 134900 does not have a way to regulate the volume of water coming out of the showerhead. To do that, you will need to upgrade to the 1700 series trim where there is a separate knob for temperature and one for volume.Skill Level: Advanced

I have a passive hot water loop installed in my home. The shower (located on the second floor) is the most distant fixture from the water heater (located in the basement). My shower fixture is a Delta Monitor Series 1500.
When I am taking a shower I need to constantly adjust the temperature control to a warmer setting in order to keep the temperature constant. If I open the hot water tap slightly in the bathroom sink, the shower water temperature increases immediately and dramatically. I have already ordered RP29405 which will convert the fixture to a series 1700.
Any suggestions?

Thank you for your questions. Without knowing all the details of your setup, it is difficult to give you the correct advice. Based on what you have said, we think you may have a tankless water heater. If this is the case, we would recommend turning down the temperature of the water heater just a little bit.The reason we suggest this is because at a lower temperature, it will kick on more often and produce more hot water for your shower when you need it.

I'm getting very little hot water from a newly installed 17 series bath valve
The cold water flow seems to be low also but not like the trickle I get from the hot side. The flow doesn't change when the shower plunger is pulled either.
I checked the flow of my system by removing the valve cartridge, turning the water back on and giving my new tile and tub a nice dousing.
Any helpful advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # R2707 flows at 18 gpm at 80 psi. We do manufacture shower rough in valves that when paired with our 17T trims will flow at 9 gpm at 80 psi. That is the highest flow rate we offer for a shower only combination. You will need to order Delta Faucet model # R10000-UNBXHF with a 17T series trim to get this flow.Skill Level: Advanced

New Cicero kitchen faucet - very low pressure on hot water
I just installed a new Cicero faucet yesterday; it works great when on cold water, but when I turn on the hot water, the water pressure is incredibly low. I've seen this as a question a number of times on this site and have yet to see an answer other than "call this 800 number."
Please advise what the problem is or if I should return this brand new faucet for a refund.

Thank you for your question. I apologize for the issue that you are experiencing. It is possible that you will need a new cartridge assembly. The water pressure should not be different when the temperature is changed. I noticed the other day in my shower room that I could here water through the shower faucet even though the shower faucet was turned off. There was no water leaking from the bath faucet or shower.I decided to change out the faucet cartridge as maybe the valve was leaking from hot to cold. After doing this there was no change I could still here the water through the faucet.
Does this mean that the seals between the hot and cold on the hardward of the valve body are shot .This bathroom is hardly ever used.Do I need to replace the whole valve.

Thank you for your question and I apologize that you are having an issue. You might be getting cross-flow between your hot and cold lines. We suggest checking this by turning on the cold in your lavatory sink. If you do have cross flow, then it will come out hot water first and then turn cold.If this is not them problem, then please contact our Home Owner/Warranty line at 800-345-3358 for further investigation.

We recently had a in2ition shower head installed and it worked fine for a month or two. Now the water only gets moderately warm but not nearly hot enough and the pressure is lower. I have cleaned the filter and checked the temperature restrictor but it didn't help any. I insulated my water lines in my basement to make sure I wasn't losing heat from the heater to the shower but no change. The hot water works fine everywhere else. I turned the cold water supply off and got hot water to come out but that was the only way. It seems like it may be related to the feature that prevents scalding? Not sure but don't know what else to do.

How to fix low hot water pressure in Delta 400-DST kitchen faucet?
I recently disconnected and reconnected the hot water supply tube at the shutoff valve, and now the hot water pressure at the faucet is very low. The cold water pressure is fine. The pressure at the hot water valve seems fine as well. I thought I would replace the hot water supply hose, but they're all integrated like an octopus! Which parts do I need to fix this problem?

While running the bath water about 10 days ago, the water flow/pressure suddenly cut in half after the water was running normally for the first 10 seconds. The pressure is like that for both the faucet and shower and pressure is completely normal everywhere else including the bathroom sink. Pressure remains constant when I play with the temperature. Model 1748-74.
