Flashing red light on model 210 Simply Pur Water Flitration system
Upon installing a brand new filter, the indicator light did not turn green as usual, but instead is flashing red. This is not addressed in the troubleshooting section of the manual.

I had the same problem with the identical faucet -- while cooking our feast on Christmas Eve. I, too, cleaned the screens thinking that must be the problem but it persisted. I also discovered that I had full water pressure when using the cold water but barely more than a trickle when using the hot water. Thank goodness the problem was intermittent and I could get water about half of the times that I tried!I phoned Delta at 1-800-345-3358 and discovered that my two-year-old faucet is still under warranty. The Customer Service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He ordered the part that needed replacing -- a DIAMOND Seal Technology Single Handle Cartridge (Part # RP50587) and had it sent to me at no charge.
He also had me write down instructions for locating the video on the Delta website which would guide me through the replacement of the part.
I couldn't be more pleased! Delta's beautiful and innovative faucets, well-made and reliable products with warranties, and their superior Customer Service process will cause me to always select Delta products in the future. I wouldn't buy anything else!
