Top cap falls off constantly
Since I purchased the item, the top cap will not stay on. Every time I use the handheld unit, I snap it on firmly, but it falls off without being dropped or banged against anything and I’m constantly having to locate it on the floor of my shower. Pretty disappointing at this price point.

Sleek modern look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the simplicity and modern look of the square shower arm, it goes perfect with the whole vero set. Its not bulky or outdated like some of the other brands I looked at. Easy to install- I recommend putting the shower arm nearby the holder and hose. I am so happy we chose to also get the hand shower as a three piece set ( incl. tub spout and rain shower head) makes a statement especially if you choose a modern tile for the shower.

It's got the look
The Delta shower package has the contemporary look I wanted with all the functions my spouse was looking for. We're very happy with these products, as was the plumber who installed them. These were much more straight-forward than the products for our bathtub.

Really prett & well made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our water has not been turned on in our new home yet so I can't speak as to how the water pressure is or how the water pattern is from the sprayer. I can say that the plumber installed this easily and says it's well made like all Delta fixtures. This is very pretty and feels sturdy in the hand. The hose seems well made too. We did neglect to initially buy the supply elbow that is required for installation so don't forget it when you order.

Clean lines and nice water flow

Thank you for your question. This unit is designed to coordinate with the Vero collection. Below is a link to browse our Valve-Only Trims that match the angular design of this hand shower. Please keep in mind that you will also need an R10000 rough-in valve to use one of these trim kits.

Thank you for your question. Based on your list, the only thing you are missiing is the valve for the Delta Faucet model # T17453-SS. If you order the Delta Faucet model # R10000-UNBX, your faucet will be complete. There is not a specific wall elbow to match the Vero collection. The Delta Faucet model # 50560-SS will work in this application.

I am planning on purchasing Showering units from the Delta range Model#: 55530-SS. In terms of the hand held shower unit does it come with the square holder fixture and the Elbow where the hose attaches to the wall?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Vero Wall Mount Hand Shower 55530-SS comes with the wall mount/holder assembly, hose assembly and handheld part. The wall elbow 50750-SS will need to be purchased separately.

What do I need to order?
I like the Vero Stainless. I would like to set up a shower, tub and possibly a handheld shower system. I am confused about exactly what items, valves and parts I would need to order to do this.
What would I need to order for a simple tub and shower system, and what else would I need to order to add a handheld shower to the system.
There is an existing tub and shower system that needs replaced but no handheld currently.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 55530-SS can easily be paired with the T14453-SS, the T17453-SS, or the T17T453-SS. All three of these trims will be paired with Delta Faucet model # R10000-UNBX rough-in valve.
To add the hand held shower, you will also need the R11000 diverter rough-in valve along with the T11853-SS diverter trim.
The last thing you will need to complete your faucet is the wall elbow which is model # 50570-SS.

Hi JCS, Thank you for your question. The model 55530-SS wall mount hand shower is equipped with dual check valves but not a vacuum breaker. You can order the U4900 -SS separately to work with the 55530-SS. Check with your local codes to determine if you need the vacuum breaker.

why is the price so high when it is made of plastic?

What all do I need to get this to work?
My husband and I are remodeling our bathroom and have decided on the Vero Series for our shower. However, we do not like how small the Vero shower-head is, so I only want to purchase the shower knob.
What all do I need to get the shower knob and the wall mount hand shower to work?
Thank you for your question. We do offer a valve only with the Vero series in 3 different types. Delta Faucet model # T14053 is a single function pressure balanced trim. Delta Faucet model # T17053 is a dual function pressure balanced trim. Delta Faucet model # T17T053 is a dual function thermostatic trim. All of these models will use the R10000-UNBX rough-in valve.
To use your own showerhead and add the handheld shower, you will also need the R11000 rough-in diverter with the T11853 diverter trim. The last thing we suggest is the wall elbow with model # 50570.
