Very nice, but with installation glitches
The faucet is very attractive and easy to use. My plumber needed longer water lines. Also, he couldn't lock the pop-up assembly in what he called the second position (as I remember), the position in which I could close the drain cover tightly without having to push it down with my fingers.

Im sorry to say but I have had my single handle bathroom delta faucet for about 3 years and it has a continuous drip. I dont know what part to get to fix it or if I need to replace the whole faucet.

A Nice Bathroom Sink Faucet
Pros: Very nice external appearance and finish.
Cons: Temperature control seems to be restricted to a very narrow range about a centered handle and is, therefore, fairly sensitive. Flow control is also fairly sensitive. Turning water ON results in a noise (splurt?) about half the time. Sometimes, just adjusting the flow results in the splurt sound. I will be discussing this noise with Delta.

Will this unit fit a 1" hole. My sink is a 4" center 3 hole, but holes are 1" diameter

My faucet water lines are too short to reach water supply. Can I purchase a longer water supply line or or an extender?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 583LF-SSWF Faucet supply lines have 3/8" compression fittings. We recommend checking with your local plumbing supply or hardware store for hoses that can attach from the shut off valves to connect to the hoses on the faucet.

I have a faucet in this series. (Booklet says Model 583 Series shows 59218. I need to remove the stopper but I can't figure out how to. I tried pulling on it and I tried unscrewing it. Both unsuccessful

Thank you for your question. To remove the stopper assembly, you will want to unscrew the nut from the drain assembly underneath the sink. Remove the horizontal rod from the drain assembly. You can then pull the stopper out of the sink from above.

Thank you for your question. The Delta Classic C-Spout Lavatory 583LF-WF faucet body is cast brass. This faucet has a ceramic cartridge with high temperature rotational limit stop and the 50/50 pop-up assembly has metal flange with a plastic drain.

what is the functional difference between the 583LF-SSWF and the same model characterized as C-Spout, they look identical but the C-spout is about 50% more than the base model#
