Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacement Replaced same model that was 16 years old. Noticed some changes. Water comes out noisier. Replaced braided stainless steel hose with a rubber one. I hope it holds up as well as the previous one. The brushed nickel finish looks almost like stainless steel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Satisfied and it's a Waste of Money. The faucet had a modern design. Unfortunately, when I installed the faucet I was surprised the way the Standard Flow of water was very "LOW". I do not know what's wrong with my new faucet.

The cartridge needs replaced repeatedly and only lasts maybe a year before it starts leaking again. The finish (as you can see in the photos) didn't last at all on the venetian bronze finish. The connection to the pull down sprayer is rusting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t last long Needed a new cartridge after a year. Delta said they would only supply 1 for the life of the faucet. A year later the new one is failing and the screw to remove the handle to replace the $50 cartridge has seized so the faucet need to be replaced. Garbage.

Is the soap dispenser top load or under the sink?

the soap dispenser is a top load - you need to wait before putting the dispenser back on in order to allow air bubbles to surface

Can the spout go on the left and the soap dispenser on the right? Also, which gasket goes under the spout?

Why is the water pressure so much lower with this new faucet and how can I fix that?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 978-SSSD-DST has a flow rate of 1.8 gpm at 60 psi. This is the flow rate that adheres to the regulations. We do not recommend trying to increase the water flow.

i want to get matching leland faucet for bar/prep sink but it looks like its not available on stainless?

It is SpotShield Stainless which will match the Brilliance Stainless Steel. We also have the 9978-AR-DST Bar/Prep faucet that is similar in color but it is a brighter, cooler Arctic Stainless finish. Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 978-SSSD-DST contains a soap dispenser that cannot be separated into parts for purchase. If you need to replace the bottle, you will need to replace the whole soap dispenser with model # RP50813SS.
