what deck mount tub faucet did these come on? can't find stem for matching faucet.

Our Roman Tub models use the RP4993 seats and springs and RP24096 stem units.

What is the difference between the Delta H215 Handle and the H615 Handle? I cannot find a good Spec sheet on them or what stem they fit.
