How do I adjust the shower spray?

Thank you for your question. The setting on the shower head for the Delta Monitor T13420-PBSHCPD Tub and Shower Head can be adjusted by pulling down the lever on the side of the shower head. This adjusts the spray to a Full Body Spray, Massaging Spray, and a Soft Drench Spray.

how do I divert flow from the tub to the shower or vice versa?
I am looking for shower trim and valve where I can set the destination of the water to shower or tub at the valve, not at the tub faucet. Thanks

My shower temperature does not stay as hot as it use to, can I adjust the scald guard? Also the water flow seems less, can that be fixed?
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T13420-PBSHCPD contains a rotational limit stop that may need adjusting to allow more hot water to flow through the valve. Included here are the maintenance and installation instructions to adjust the limit stop. The directions are on page 8.
As for the water flow, you may have mineral deposits in your catridge. While you are adjusting your limit stop, we recommend taking out your cartridge and shaking it back and forth to loosen any deposits. You can also soak it in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water overnight.

which rough-in valve body do i order for #T13420 PBSHCPD & which tub drain?

Any of our Universal R10000 rough in valves will work with the T13420-PBSHCPD. The standard valve is the R10000-UNBX. Also, we currently only carry the RP391PB trip lever bath waste in the Polished Brass finish.

How to clean the brass finish
Thank you for your question, Keith! We generally recommend using a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water for stubborn mineral buildup, however simply wiping off any excess water with a soft cloth is preferred.
