I have had to have my plumer come back twice to replace parts, THe battery case shorted out. called for a replacement part. A week later the solenoid failed. Had to order a replacement part. However that part did not fix the sensor light on the faucet base. I think that Delta repair should come and replace the faucet base. The faucet is not performing as it is advertised. It has been installed for about two months. I cannot believe that it should have this many problems in such a short time. I would never recommend this faucet to anyone. I would appreciate a followup with a technical rep.

We've had this faucet (16926T-SSSD-DST) for a little over a year. Had to replace the batteries within 6 months, indicator light has not worked since. Water flow is frequently inhibited, sometimes stops completely, then for no apparent reason works again after a "rest" period. Very frustrating when preparing meals, etc. Love the design, performance is very questionable. If I could do it myself, I'd replace it and ask for a complete refund. Very easy to install ! I am not a very handy person but was able to follow the instructions step by step. The design is very nice and it works great. This is a great way to increase your selling value of your house.
The 2 stream water options are nice. The touchless is very cool. Requires AA batteries and must have room under your sink to hold the chords, wires, and battery connectors.
Also, water turns off by itself if left on too long. Great way to think Green !

I was very happy with the touch feature of faucet for 6 months. However, the lights no longer work and the faucet drips unless I manually turn it off with handle, then it shuts itself off when I turn it on! I'm not sure of the purpose of the lights, but the drip is not acceptable. I have had it for almost 9 months and really like the convenience of the touch on and off. I do not want to disable this feature,

the water comes on some time and not the next time. must play with the handle to get it to come on. the lights stopped working after about a year. replaced batteries, still not right. My next plan is to bypass the electronic feature. Only 2 and a half yrs old way to much money for all these problems. Just needed a new faucet,my wife saw this one on display and wanted one.

I was really excited to get this faucet but it has been very disappointing. The light at the base of the faucet went out very early. Now the water has stopped working. I am spending more on the repairs than this is worth. I am now exploring to bypass the touch2 feature which is such a let down!

I recently purchased and had installed this faucet. I love the ease of using it and the color. The pull down faucet is awesome! I believe this is the best faucet I have ever had. I always let others know so they can have the pleasure of owning one too!!!

Just installed it a couple of days ago and it is a truly exquisite faucet. The touch feature works flawlessly and its convenience is amazing. You also end up using a lot less water since one touch stops the water instantly.
