Victorian Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser 4 5 16 16
Great for three years. Our Victorian is from 2010. It worked flawlessly for three years. The sprayer has been great, and it attaches to the main body very well. It doesn't wobble like some faucets. The finish has held up great, and the soap dispenser has caused us no problems whatsoever. Recently it started leaking. I looked up the parts and picked them up at Home Depot. My mistake. I came home, disassembled the valve, and the parts are completely different. It doesn't accept the valve cartridge that is listed in the support section. It has an interesting ball assembly that relies on some rubber seals, but I can't get the part numbers for them. Perplexed as what to do...Otherwise, it has been great. July 23, 2013
This is a great product!!!!! After looking at several different faucets my wife and I decided on this product for it's elegance in design and solid construction. As a do-it-yourselfer I was really happy with how it installed without any tricky problems or special directions. The Install was straightforward and quick. Both myself and my wife are completely happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone to purchase for their kitchen! I have owned other pulldown faucets before and the MagnaTite feature is greatly appreciated. Thank you Delta for making a product that is top-of-the-line without breaking the bank!!!!!! Beautiful, functional and reliable Love the new faucet. Replaces a 12 yr old Delta that finally wore out. Expect the same quality, reliability and replacement parts if needed. Delta has been a great vendor. May 8, 2013
No installation instructions Havent installed yet so I cant speak to the quality of the product its self, however there are no installation instructions in the box! For a $219 faucet I should not have to go online or make a phone call to get installation instructions! March 3, 2013
Great!.... Except... How important is the soap dispenser to you? Everything looks, works and cleans up great, EXCEPT, the soap dispenser. I saw another comment along these same lines. After a short period of time, the dispenser will start to stay in the pumped down position. In other words, when you press the dispenser down to get some soap, the nozzle remains stuck in the depressed position. It will then slowly release into the up position but it will take it a while. Many times I like two spritzes of soap but I just have to make do with one. Delta customer service has kindly sent a replacement but the problem will likely arise again. I tried to lubricate the spring inside the pump assembly with veggy oil to no avail. Would be 5 stars if the soap dispenser functioned appropriately. April 1, 2013
Kitchen remodel I remodeled my kitchen about a year ago and was looking for a pull down faucet that I did not have to press a button to make it work or push back up. I installed this Delta Victorian Pull Down Faucet with Soap Dispenser and so happy to find one with the magnatite feature. It works as good as the day I had it installed. The spray never gets clogged and with the touch of a finger the sprayer goes back in place. This is one of the best faucets on the market! July 13, 2012
Thsi product has great features, but the valve wore out after only 18 months We like the faucet, but the valve wore out after only 18 months. The only reason I gave the "Design" an average rating was because of the valve wearing out so soon. The faucet was still under warranty and Delta was very helpful and prompt about sending us a replacement valve. The customer service representative handled my request promptly and courteously. I am very impressed with the Delta customer service department! May 20, 2014
soap dispenser does not match product I really like this faucet and chose it because it is Victorian, however, the soap dispenser does not match the design. I'm not sure why it did not come with the RP37039SS soap dispenser which is truly a Victorian design and matches the faucet style much better. The soap dispenser it came with looks very modern which I don't like. September 21, 2013

Answer:
Hi Nancy, Thank you for your question. The RP50587 valve assembly is the part that controls the water flow and may need to be replaced if your faucet is dripping. Make sure that there is no debris on or in the cartridge or valve body preventing the cartridge from sealing shut.
Thanks,
Dave

Which Gasket for installation Step 1 and Step 2

The faucet came with 2 gaskets: A foam gasket and a rubber gasket (sticky on one side.) Neither have part numbers on them to aid in the identification process. Can you please tell me which gasket is used for "Spout Installation (in step 1)" and which is used for "Valve Assembly Installation (in step 2)"?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 16955-SSSD-DST flows at 1.5 gpm at 60 psi. If you would like your faucet to flow at 2.2 gpm at 60 psi, you will need to purchase the RP51478SS sprayer assembly and switch them out.

How do i increase the flow of water?

I am very disappointed. I spent over $300 on a faucet that has extreme flow restrictions. I don't live in California and would like to increase the water flow to at least 2.2GPM like other models. How do i do that? If i cant, please advise i will return this one and get another brand and not use delta anymore.
