Victorian Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser 3.7 5 7 7
Beautiful, functional and reliable Love the new faucet. Replaces a 12 yr old Delta that finally wore out. Expect the same quality, reliability and replacement parts if needed. Delta has been a great vendor. May 8, 2013
Great!.... Except... How important is the soap dispenser to you? Everything looks, works and cleans up great, EXCEPT, the soap dispenser. I saw another comment along these same lines. After a short period of time, the dispenser will start to stay in the pumped down position. In other words, when you press the dispenser down to get some soap, the nozzle remains stuck in the depressed position. It will then slowly release into the up position but it will take it a while. Many times I like two spritzes of soap but I just have to make do with one. Delta customer service has kindly sent a replacement but the problem will likely arise again. I tried to lubricate the spring inside the pump assembly with veggy oil to no avail. Would be 5 stars if the soap dispenser functioned appropriately. April 1, 2013
Kitchen remodel I remodeled my kitchen about a year ago and was looking for a pull down faucet that I did not have to press a button to make it work or push back up. I installed this Delta Victorian Pull Down Faucet with Soap Dispenser and so happy to find one with the magnatite feature. It works as good as the day I had it installed. The spray never gets clogged and with the touch of a finger the sprayer goes back in place. This is one of the best faucets on the market! July 13, 2012
No installation instructions Havent installed yet so I cant speak to the quality of the product its self, however there are no installation instructions in the box! For a $219 faucet I should not have to go online or make a phone call to get installation instructions! March 3, 2013
Great look with superior functionality Easy to install, looks very nice in our kitchen and it works great for our needs. With the high curve, you get more room to move in the sink. Be aware though that this added height can look funny if the sink is too small. March 11, 2013
Missing parts! Still have not been able to fully install as parts were missing from the sealed box when purchased. Going back to Lowes today! March 31, 2013
This product is wonderful. Installation was very easy. The performance of this product is wonderful. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. June 27, 2012

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 16955-SSSD-DST flows at 1.5 gpm at 60 psi. If you would like your faucet to flow at 2.2 gpm at 60 psi, you will need to purchase the RP51478SS sprayer assembly and switch them out.

How do i increase the flow of water?

I am very disappointed. I spent over $300 on a faucet that has extreme flow restrictions. I don't live in California and would like to increase the water flow to at least 2.2GPM like other models. How do i do that? If i cant, please advise i will return this one and get another brand and not use delta anymore.

The faucet handle started to make a noise when we turn water on and off

We've had faucet about a year and love it, but it started to make a noise like it needs grease in the handle. Do you know what the problem might be and how do we fix this issue?

Answer:
Call Delta directly. Mine got clogged because I put dishwashing liquid in it. I did not know it was for hand soap only. Delta mailed me the whole soap system, no charge and it now works great.
