Satori Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser 5 5 5 5
The Sartori single-handle faucet is a work of art. Not only is the Sartori faucet aesthetically attractive, but its performance is excellent. The easy to use single handle streamlines the overall appearance of the counter top, and the spray and stream functions make clean up and food preparation easier, as well. The movable, curved, swan-like neck and retractable hose make it simple to fill pots and pans with water. Finally, the firm, magnetic nozzle puts an end to the wrestling experienced with some of the previous designs. During the last month, since it was installed, I have very much liked the product. This faucet is beautiful and efficient, and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a more contemporary version of some of the earlier Delta kitchen faucets, along with a lifetime warranty. Love Love Love this faucet! We just bought this faucet a few weeks ago and I love it! We used to have poor water pressure in our kitchen. But with this faucet the water pressure is almost too much. It looks very sleek and elegant. I really can't say enough good things about it. I would definitely buy it again! August 5, 2013
Perfect size for double sink Bought this to replace 2-year old (another brand) faucet where the spray button practically burst! This Delta is a replacement and actually looks and works better than the other faucet. Like the magnetic pull down clasp and the wide range of turn of the goose neck. It's early yet to rate on performance... but right now it's excellent. Good water pressure. September 19, 2013
This faucet is great This is the best faucet we have ever had. The pull down works smoothly and puts back in up position without having to push it too hard. I love the way the faucet changes from stream to spray. This is also very smooth. It also looks very classy. It was very easy to install. My husband installed it in very little time with no bad words spoken. June 4, 2014
like it now that i've gotten used to it very simple install.was not used to pex plastic tubing.I hope everything last long and performs well because my well water has a high iron content and can be rough on water related items. September 23, 2014

Spray pattern setting

On my current faucet the spray switch is pressure regulated and the default setting is a steady stream. However, I prefer the aerated spray pattern so every time I turn on the faucet, I have to press the button to change the spray pattern and it drives me nuts. What is the default spray pattern on this faucet and/or does the spray setting stay set when the faucet is turned off and then turned back on?

Answer:
Hi Cheree,

Thank you for your question. Your Delta Faucet model # 19915-SBSD-DST should stay in whichever pattern you wish until you change it whether the faucet is on or off. If your pattern switches back when you turn off the water, you may need to replace the sprayhead. Please contact our Home Owner/Warranty line for replacement.

Thanks.

Answer:
Hi Buddy, Thank you for your question. You can put either dish soap or hand soap into the soap dispenser. It is a matter of personal preference. We do not recommend using the foam soap products in the dispensers.

Durability of the cracked pepper on Satori.

Is the cracked pepper plastic? How durable is it? How is it for cleaning? I have well water and tend to some problem with mineral deposits. What would be safe to use to clean it? Would you recommend the Satori faucet, or a model that is 100% stainless?

Answers

Answer:
Hi Audrey, Thank you for your question. The cracked pepper finish on the model 19915-SBSD-DST is thermoset. The finish offers the same lifetime warranty that all of our finishes offer. The recommended care and cleaning for the faucet is as follows. Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward.

If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use.

Avoid using the following which can damage your finish:

Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner.
Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents.
Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes
Avoid bleach-based cleaners

Dave

Water Flow

I live in a home with a well that has water pressure that ranges from 20 to 40 psi.I replaced an American Standard faucet becaue my water presure did not allow the spray nozzle to function. instead of a spray, all we got was a stream.

Will the Delta Satori perform better at this low water pressure? i there any way to incresae water flow?

Answer:
Hi Bob, Thank you for your question. The model 19915-SBSD-DST has a 1.8 gallon per minute flowrate at 60psi. Water pressure between 20-40 psi will lower the faucet flow rate.
I have attached the spec sheet below. The graph in the bottom right hand corner will show the flow rate at a given pressure.
Thanks,
Dave
