Reviews

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 17 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Sartori single-handle faucet is a work of art. Not only is the Sartori faucet aesthetically attractive, but its performance is excellent. The easy to use single handle streamlines the overall appearance of the counter top, and the spray and stream functions make clean up and food preparation easier, as well. The movable, curved, swan-like neck and retractable hose make it simple to fill pots and pans with water. Finally, the firm, magnetic nozzle puts an end to the wrestling experienced with some of the previous designs. During the last month, since it was installed, I have very much liked the product. This faucet is beautiful and efficient, and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a more contemporary version of some of the earlier Delta kitchen faucets, along with a lifetime warranty. Rated 4 out of 5 by Amost perfect kitchen Faucet This is a great pull down kitchen faucet that can be mounted from above the sink. Love the style and dual color of this faucet. The only reason this gets 4 star instead of 5 is that the soap dispenser quality is not at par with the faucet itself. The soap pump broke within three months of use. I have heard similar complaints from my friends. Though I got a free replacement from Delta under it's lifetime warranty, I am not sure how many times I will have to take up Delta on the Warranty claim for the soap dispenser. October 20, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by cheap design for good faucet. pex tubing is stiff and hard to install. removed old faucet and install this one in 4 hole sink. easy install is really nice feature. How long it will hold up is yet to be determined. Install was easy. No problems. Hooking up water was another issue. Instead of flexible braided SS connections, company chose to go with cheap PEX STIFF tubing that is too long for one connection and too short for the other and hard to position. I do not trust the cutting of the 3/8 PEX tubing for custom install as mentioned in instructions. Company will not stand behind any custom install. So if you cut their tubing, then it is YOUR problem, not theirs. You also have to buy your own PEX cutters. Company should go back to standard faucet connection design and stop trying to go cheap on an expensive faucet to save a buck. May save a buck, but cost more in lost sales. January 9, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by mixed feelings... I love the look and feel of this faucet. The installation was easy. We've gotten lots of compliments on it. However, I'm not satisfied with the faucet because, as others have mentioned, it's virtually impossible to get warm water. It's either ice cold or scalding hot with no in-between. As lovely as the faucet is, that flaw is hard to ignore. Wouldn't buy another. If it didn't look and operate so nicely, I would have given it one star. March 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful! But... We loved it at first sight: the easiest choice of all the things for our new kitchen -- in fact, we bought two, one for the main sink and another for a bar sink. They're beautiful. Great quality. But, like a reviewer before mentioned, water is either quite hot or quite cold: it's very difficult to adjust for a temperature that's just warm. Can we do something to modify this? November 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect size for double sink Bought this to replace 2-year old (another brand) faucet where the spray button practically burst! This Delta is a replacement and actually looks and works better than the other faucet. Like the magnetic pull down clasp and the wide range of turn of the goose neck. It's early yet to rate on performance... but right now it's excellent. Good water pressure. September 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Looks & Performance Black & stainless matches my kitchen (black granite sink) and has a very pleasing design. Water is aerated enough to minimize splashing but does not diminish pressure. Pull down works better than any other brand I considered and the magnetic feature is absolutely the best. Very easy to install. Certainly not the cheapest but worth every cent! October 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This faucet is great This is the best faucet we have ever had. The pull down works smoothly and puts back in up position without having to push it too hard. I love the way the faucet changes from stream to spray. This is also very smooth. It also looks very classy. It was very easy to install. My husband installed it in very little time with no bad words spoken. June 4, 2014

Hello Leslie,

Thanks for your question.

Unfortunately, none of our faucets come with a built in water filter at this time. We no longer manufacture faucets with water filters built in.

I hope this helps!

Justin

Biggest differences seem to be cosmetic - the handles and spray heads are different. Also, the fuse also offers white & red color options. They actually share the same installation and parts manual.

Answer:
Hi Joe, Thank you for your question!

The Satori model 19915-SBSD-DST is a Home Depot exclusive model that has a different handle and spray wand from the Fuse 9158-SB-DST. If you compare the two models side by side you will see the Satori handle curves unlike the Fuse and the spray wand is only partially Black.

2 hole escutcheon option

Is there an option to get a 2-hole escutcheon for the Satori kitchen faucet? My previous faucet had an additional hole in the escutcheon adjacent to the faucet for the soap dispenser. My sink has a hole in the far right-hand corner but it's already occupied by the vent tube from my dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Hi Guy,

Thank you for your question. This model will work in a 2 hole installation with the soap dispenser, or in a 4 hole 8" installations using the 10" escutcheon plate and soap dispenser. Unfortunately, we do not make a two hole escutcheon.

Thanks,
Jon

Kitchen faucet #19915-sbsd-dst

It looks like this faucet comes with an all stainless soap dispenser. I have seen this faucet displayed with a soap dispenser that has black on it. Is that model still available? If so, where can I find it? I can't seem to find it anywhere. See picture below. This was displayed in a cabinet maker's showroom.

Answer:
Hi BC, Thank you for your question. The pictured faucet is not the 19915-SBSD-DST. The faucet is a Brizo model 63055LF-SSCO. The finish is stainless steel and cocoa brown. The matching soap dispenser is RP64473SSCO. There is not a stainless/black combination finish soap dispenser that matches the 19915-SBSD-DST.

Spray pattern setting

On my current faucet the spray switch is pressure regulated and the default setting is a steady stream. However, I prefer the aerated spray pattern so every time I turn on the faucet, I have to press the button to change the spray pattern and it drives me nuts. What is the default spray pattern on this faucet and/or does the spray setting stay set when the faucet is turned off and then turned back on?

Answer:
Hi Cheree,

Thank you for your question. Your Delta Faucet model # 19915-SBSD-DST should stay in whichever pattern you wish until you change it whether the faucet is on or off. If your pattern switches back when you turn off the water, you may need to replace the sprayhead. Please contact our Home Owner/Warranty line for replacement.

Thanks.

Hi Buddy, Thank you for your question. You can put either dish soap or hand soap into the soap dispenser. It is a matter of personal preference. We do not recommend using the foam soap products in the dispensers.
