I had this unit installed by a professional plumber. This is by far the worst faucet I have ever had.
The Touch feature quit working within the first 9 months of use.
I had to have repair parts sent. After that failed, and after paying my plumber two times to try and fix, we decided to disconnect the "touch" feature, for which I expressly purchased this 500.00+ product for.
Now within 2.5 years it not only has no touch feature, the soap dispenser now does not work. Very disappointed in this high dollar new technology faucet. Definitely should have stayed with the old tried/true technology and opted for a less expensive faucet, as this one has ended up costing a small fortune. No time or effort saved here.

Rated 1 out of 5 by npdunavan Beautiful but not long lasting
I don't know about you - but when I pay an above average price for an item my expectations are also above average. Easy to install and for two years no troubles. But then - well let's just say the amount of frustration with this faucet is far exceeding it's worth in my household. Batteries last for two years? More like 6 months on average. Recently it's started just releasing a trickle. Yes I've read your website, yes I understand the solenoid is most likely defective and no I'm not putting another 150.00 into this faucet. Tomorrow I'm going to buy a Moen and hopefully live the rest of my days in trouble free faucet bliss.

by WManning Product works great!
Surprised my wife with this installation and she loves it! Only had it in place for a few weeks; but seems to work without any problem. Installation was very easy with the directions included. I was a little surprised about the warranty - other companies I have bought faucets from have lifetime warranties and have replaced such things as washers or inserts as needed. It does have an auto-off feature, but it would have been nice to be able to be able to change the auto-off time as it is on for "4 minutes" before it cuts off automatically. I think a minute or two at the most would have been enough! However, this was on sale at Lowe's and I still would recommend it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by gomer Won't shut off with Touch, keeps running or dripping
We bought the faucet at lowes and it worked fine for a week then when you touch it to shut it off, it had a steady stream of water where it wouldn't actually shut off. You could shut it off at the handle but then why have the touch feature. We exchanged it at the store for another and after a day it was dripping a bit too when off, but seems to have stopped. Hopefully it decided to behave or we'll have to give up on the touch feature. It was great when it worked but it costs a lot extra for a feature that stops working after a few day. The faucet looks great and it is easy to disable the touch feature but that feature cost a lot extra to not work.

At first glance looking at the parts when I opened the box I thought holy cow I'll never figure this thing out. But as I removed the pieces and re-read the directions a few times it's really not as difficult as first thought. If you have ever changed a faucet before you won't have any problem installing this one. Matter of fact even if you have never installed a faucet and have just a little bit of DIY abilities you won't have any problems just re-read the directions as you go along and everything falls right into place. Awesome faucet!!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by trossxyz This product has great features but...
This is our second Touch 2.0 faucet. The first one worked great and we were very pleased. This faucet is different than the last in that it has a AAA battery cluster rather than the C type battery cluster. The C type batteries lasted well over 18 months. The AAA batteries will last about 6 months with regular use. Bummer. Also, the electronics of this Touch 2.0 are very sensitive. If you have certain items under the sink its not compatible with, the faucet will turn on and off by itself or simply not work at all. So, you move / remove the items causing the problems and the unit will work just fine. Poor design in the electronics department. Way too sensitive to its surroundings. Also, poor design on the battery cluster. There is no way to attach the battery pack to the wall, etc to secure it. Another Bummer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Marko789 Was Working
We have a touch faucet installed as part of a major kitchen renovation last year. The faucet worked fine at first. The only thing to watch was to keep the area around the base dry or it would or would not turn on or off. Then it started to (electrically) turn on by itself sometimes when the mechanical valve was open. So we got in the habit of keeping it mechanically off. Then last month it would not turn on with the handle! New batteries did work but only for a short time. The contractor who bought & installed the faucet can and looked at it and now said he has new parts on order - think it is solenoid. Waiting to see what happens at this point.

The faucet was what we expected after the install. Then it became unpredictable.
Our contact with your technician and review of your web site
revealed the issue, isolation of the line from the power pack.
The power line draped over the inlet pipe as I thought, from the instructions, wasn't vital to operation.
Your video also revealed how system operates as to one can change position of faucet while water is running, without turning it off with a firm grip and a light touch will access the off on.
We love your faucet, quality, durabilty and features.
