Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 22 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Delta makes the best faucets I purchased this model after my previous Delta faucet began to leak. It was over 15 years old, so it has served well and long. I didn't even look at any other brands, I've been using only Delta for nearly 30 years. I love the magnetic closure for the pull down sprayer. November 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Seems very strong. I like the feel and I hope to have many years of use. Feels very sturdy and operates smoothly. February 7, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Has this product been updated? We have had this faucet less than a year and it was working good until this Thanksgiving. I think the spout was turned and or twisted around alot during cleanup now the spout leaks horribly where the hose connects. I know the little washer inside needs to be replaced but I can also see this happening again under the same circumstances. When I looked at the floor model Lowes has out now there is a plastic piece with teeth that keeps it in place if I'm not mistaken? December 20, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Came home to my new faucet and low hot water flow Having the same issue low hot water flow . My husband just flushed it again and still low flow . Thinking this maybe a issue with the faucet November 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy and attractive Most efficient and easy to use faucet we have ever had. Very attractive also. Pull down feature is perfect for us. December 19, 2015

Answer:
Hi newuser,

Thank you for your question!

This faucet uses our euro motion cartridge. In order to operate the unit you will need to do the following:

Tilt handle away from the faucet to turn it on.
Pull forward for cold.
Push back for hot.

In order to use the pull down sprayer, simply pull the sprayer down from the spout and use the button on the back to select either spray or stream. When you want to stop using the wand, simply guide the wand back towards the spout and the magnet will assist with docking.

Best Regards,
Daniel

Granite Countertop hole diameter?

What diameter hole do we need to have pre-drilled for the Trask 19933-sssd faucet? We just ordered the faucet and the granite supplier needs to know. We plan on using just one (1) hole (not using the soap dispenser).

If not can you recommend a color match with a different supplier?

Answer:
Hi Bill, Thank you for your question. We do not offer a matching cold water dispenser with an undercounter filter to the model 19933-SSSD-DST. Our (SS) brilliance stainless finish is comparable to other brands brushed nickel finishes.

The handle recently came off and we found just one screw. Are we missing a part? Can it be purchased from Delta?

We tried to put the handle back on using the one screw we found and it seemed to be missing a part. What parts attach the handle to the mechanism? We are currently using a set of locking pliers to operate the faucet

Answer:
Hi Susan, Thank you for your question. A single set screw does hold the handle onto the model 19933-SSSD-DST faucet. Once the handle is placed onto the stem of the cartridge the set screw when tight should hold the handle in place. Here is a link to the parts diagram for your faucet that should help with your repair.

Clearance needed for lever

Just purchased this model and then realized that there is very little space to the rear of where the faucet will be. How much clearance is needed to be able to regulate the water? There is only a space of 2" behind the faucet.

Answer:
Hi PK, Thank you for your question. The motion of the handle on the model 19933-SSSD-DST is out to the right for water volume and pulling forward to adjust for temperature. The 2" clearance that you have will be enough for the handle operation.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
The lever doesn't move behind the faucet. It moves toward the right to turn on the water and then slightly up for cold and down for hot.
The clearance behind the faucet shouldn't be an issue.

My old faucet has a spout reach of 8 7/8 in with a 20 degree angle for the water flow.

Will a 9 1/2 inch spout reach on this faucet line up okay with my drain. Do you know the angle of the water coming out of the faucet?

Answer:
Hi Karen, Thank you for your question. The 9-1/2" measurement is from the center of the faucet(center of the mounting hole) to the center of the water stream. You will have to verify if this is sufficient for your needs. The angle of the spout is approximately 12 degrees.
Thanks,
Dave
