Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 26 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall a good faucet I have to start the review by saying I've never been a big fan of the stem mounted faucet handle. It's just clumsy to use. That said, this is a very good looking faucet and installed quite easily, with the hardest part being getting under the sink and having room to connect and tighten things down...but that would be the same for any faucet. What I like: design, the finish, crisp operation of the valve, and having the pull down sprayer, ease of install, price What I don't like: the stem handle, there is no "off" position on the pull down sprayer (other than turning off the faucet, again...just clumsy design) Overall, happy with the purchase! Rated 5 out of 5 by IT'S THE EASIEST TO INSTALL, IT'S ELEGANT, AND SUPERB QALITY!! This product: 19939-SS-DST IZAK PULLDOWN KITCHEN FAUCET, is one of the best faucets I have ever bought and installed. It has one of the best designed product for the price I invested. I can not emphasize enough the ease of installation. It worked without any issues or problems. My wife is very happy as well as our neighbor's wife. All of the parts were in the box as well the tools necessary for correct installation of the faucet. If anyone can help, where do you find the date of manufacture? I was asked during registration and I left it blank. Thank you very much for your help. I recommend this product to everyone, you'll love it! July 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Awesome faucet! This is a great faucet that performs like a champ. The goose neck swivels very nicely. The pull down with the magnetic locking mechanism works great. The flow of water is great on both settings. The finish is flawless. One complaint is the handle that actually turns the water on. It looks like its supposed to be from another faucet. It just doesn't flow like the rest of the design. This is a very minor complaint as its purely cosmetic and we didn't see it in store before purchase as we bought it online. This would not stop me from purchasing again or recommending. May 26, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Time will tell This is the second faucet that I have purchased that was Delta brand in 4 months time. I don't recall the specific model of the other one purchased, but the price was as much, if not more than this model. I don't know what went wrong on the previous model, but it ran fine, and then started leaking for no apparent reason. It is really utterly frustrating to spend good money for what should be a good faucet that you expect many, many years of service to have it fail in such a short time. I didn't keep the receipt at time of purchase, but I didn't think I would need to, so I couldn't return it for an exchange. We bought this second unit in hopes that the other model failure was the exception, and not the rule. One thing is for sure, if this model fails in anything less than a year, we will not be purchasing Delta again. Good luck! March 1, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is great and has great features. I love my new fawcett. It was easy to install, easy to use, easy to clean and works like a charm. My other fawcett had the pull out arm and after a time, it would not go back tight and would kind of hang there. I was not liking that at all. So I did some research and found this product with good reviews. I love that it has the magnet on the pull down. It works perfectly and keeps the pull down in place! No sagging, no dripping, looks great. I love it!! December 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy home owner install Good to great faucet. And very easy install. They even provide a wrench tool to tighten it in place. Went in in no time and looks great. Old faucet was loose and dripping and a plumber who was in the house doing other work wanted approx $300 for an install. This is an easy home owner install and save your money. Only thing I don't like is it does drip very slowly if the handle isn't dead center off. Otherwise it's sturdy and looks great. February 12, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Can't adjust water temperature I do love the design of this faucet and it looks great too. I had it installed during a kitchen remodel 5 years ago. The problem is that there seems to be no way to really control water temperature. I move it a little to try to cool the hot water a little, and it goes to full cold. Try to back it up a bit, and it's boiling hot. I don't know if this was from a mistake in installation or if the faucet is simply defective. January 4, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful faucet Great looking faucet. It was recommended to us by the contractor that installed our new granite countertops and under-mounted sink. Love the pull out sprayer, but the counterweight is not strong enough to fully retract it. I have to manually retract the sprayer until the magnet seats it after fully extending it. A little bit pricey when compared to other brands that do the same thing. June 7, 2016

does the spray head switch back to normal flow, from spray, when water is shut off?

Want to know if the spray pattern auto changes from spray to normal flow when water is turned off? Or do you need to push the button to make the spray head go from spray pattern to normal flow?

Water is too hot or too cold

We purchased the Izak about 4 months ago.
I really like it, but the water doesn’t seem to blend to get warm water.
The water is either too hot or too cold.
How can we better regulate the water temperature?

Hi Al, Thank you for your question. It is easier to set the temperature at a high flow rate and then reduce volume once the desired temperature is reached on the model 19939-SS-DST.
Thanks,

Can the sprayer assembly hose be easier to retract back?

We just installed the faucet this weekend and discovered that the sprayer hose had to be pushed back up instead of retracting smoothly back. Is this the way the product was made? Is there anything that can be done to make the hose move up more automatically instead of having to push the sprayer back manually?

Answer:
Hi S.Jonnada, Thank you for your question. The hose weight helps the wand on the model 19939-SS-DST retract but the movement is mostly manual. Make sure that the hose and weight move freely and aren't catching on the plumbing or any items underneath the counter.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
think that's how it's designed. If you need it to retract completely, you might try using more weight on the hose below the sink.

Answer:
Try detaching the pull down head from the hose, see supplied manual, when I did this I found the head packed solid with black plastic manufacturing debris, after removing water volume increased significantly. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 19939-SS-DST flows at 1.5 gpm. We do not recommend taking out any flow restrictors and it does void the warranty.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 19939-SS-DST does not have a specific soap dispenser that we recommend. We suggest matching the Stainless Steel finish for a matching soap dispenser like the RP50781SS.

Thank you for your question. Any of our pull down faucets will work in your laundry sink as long as the granite is not more than 2 1/2" thick. Delta Faucet model # 19939-SS-DST will work just fine for your sink. It is a personal preference of the consumer as to the style that they like best.

Answer:
Yes definitely. We bought a new home with granite top and it worked just perfect. My wife is so happy with this faucet. The pull out sprayer is good to use in both sinks while the hi-arc is able to swing left and right back to the splash wall out of the way so a woman can wash her hair in the sink if she wants to.
