We have five other delta faucets in our house, two of them are over 20 years old. We had nothing but trouble with the Linden. I replaced the cartridge, the body and then the whole faucet under warranty in less than two years. The second faucet had the same problems as the first; the cartridge became stiff and noisy and was difficult to turn off. The body creaked loudly when it moved form one side to the other. I did not want to fix it again. I think that the problem is in the design. When you turn it off with wet hands, water trickles down the faucet into the cartridge and the base. We did our best to keep it dry, but nothing we did worked.

We had to replace this faucet after only three years. It would not swing side to side any longer, so we ordered a replacement O-ring and new bonnet. The hub assembly was pitted and corroded. We realized we would not get a good seal with so much pitting so we purchased a new faucet. The other issue was it was a pain to put handle back into hub after pulling it out to spray. It was keyed and did not lock into place unless you used two hands. We replaced it with the Delta Charmaine model which has the magna-tite wand attachment to hub. Hopefully this one will last longer - will let you know.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mike76 Great Looking...But
NOT FOR PUBLICATION
We had this great looking faucet installed by a licensed
plumber and it worked very well for a few months. Then
it gradually became harder and harder to turn off without
having a drip. We had to be careful that we did not have
steady drip after we turned it off. We had it about six
months before replacing the leaky faucet under warranty
with the same model. The replacement is working very well
and we appreciate the Delta warranty and service from our
plumber and local plumbing supply house. Perhaps we had
one of "those one in a million" with a defect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NebrMPH Great design lets us easily turn on faucet with a wrist
I'm an engineer and my wife is an artist at heart. This model of faucet provides the utility, durability and appearance that pleases both of us. The flow options for the pull out water wand surpassed our expectations. It truly feels like designers used their prototype before finalizing it because it's hard to find something bad to say about it.
My only concern as an old-school engineer is that I prefer all metal parts rather than including some plastic parts. However, I've learned over time that in plumbing, the right kinds of plastic outlast most metals when in contact with tap water, even if it's soft water. BTW, the design must have been updated recently because online reviews say that the aerator can't be removed. That is now false; in fact, a small plastic tool was included to help with removing the aerator.

We upgraded our cheap faucet to this gorgeous Linden Single Handle pull out faucet. I am so happy we did!
For Valentines Day (I know so romantic) my husband got this faucet installed in our kitchen. It was his first time installing a faucet, and he said it was easier than he thought it would be. The Delta Faucet Installation video was helpful for guidance!
The instruction book was easy to follow and he installed it in no time. He mentioned that I could have done it easily too (but, it's that why I have a husband...?). Overall it took him about 50 minutes to get the entire job done.
This faucet is simple and perfect for the everyday kitchen. It has only four hose connections, making it much less complicated than our old faucet. It is a gorgeous chrome gray color, and matches the rest of our kitchen appliances. It is easy to pull out and is solid.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Darrell Looks good - Spray & hose assembly turns hard.
We bought the faucet Model number is 4353-RB-DST and had a plumber install it when we remodeled our kitchen. We bought it for the way it looks and features. We have had trouble turning the spray and hose from sink to sink for a couple years, It is also showing corrosion at the base at the pivot point The faucet is about 3 years old. My wife complains about it all the time. Disappointed for the amount of money spent on this faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CarolK Perfect for our kitchen remodel.
Love the faucet. It's height is just right for the location. The counter is raised behind it so we did not want a super high necked faucet plus they tend to spray water in places you might not want it. The extension feature allowing you to spray is very handy. It is just the perfect size and with the features that are helpful to me. We definitely made a good choice. Plus the warranty can't be bear.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Maria Stiff and unfriendly faucet
Bought this faucet when my counter top was replaced because the plumber said my 18 year old faucet showed a bit of corrosion underneath. How I miss it that faucet! After only a year the body is beginning to creak when moved from side to side, due to a stiff feel to the handle movement it seems difficult to adjust the water temperature, and one has to be sure it is off completely or it drips.
