Faucet stopped working after 6 months
This is an awful faucet. We were happy when we first bought it 6 months ago - the touch feature was neat. It was also easy to install; the instructions we detailed and accurate.
Within the first month, the LED on the front of the faucet stopped working. I replaced the batteries, but that did not solve the issue. In the last two months, sometimes when we turned on the faucet, the flow would be weak. Sometimes it would make a whining sound and the whole faucet would shake. Last week, I tried turning on the faucet and only a trickle of water came out...5 minutes later, it came on full strength. Today it stopped working again and so I just went to Home Depot and picked up a Moen. This has been an extremely disappointing experience with Delta.

I purchased this product at Home Depot about 3 months ago. It has been nothing but trouble. It was installed by a professional plumber who has been back twice for function issues and Monday will be the third time but this time the faucet has stopped working all together! No warning-just no water.
Problems before this include turning itself on and off, not responding to touch, being extremely sensitive. This faucet is so sensitive at times that water splashing on it will cause it to turn itself off!
The cost of the product plus installation plus three visits from the plumber make this one of the worst purchases in my life, not to mention the inconvenience.
I have another touchless faucet in a vacation home made by another company and have been very satisfied with it. I will be purchasing another one to replace this disaster.

PRODUCT IS OLD SCHOOL TOUGH MIXED WITH MODERN TECHNOLOGY
This product was installed by me over 10 times and every time a am amzed at how well it turns out. Most of the competitors touch faucets are a hit or miss and tend to not work everytime after tough use. This one never fails and is quality from the minute is is installed and for years to come.

Touch technology not working right
I bought this faucet about a month ago and had it installed by a professional plumber. The touch technology worked for about a week and then the red light started coming on. I called your support team and was told to try new batteries. I did that and it still had the red light coming on. I called again and was told to buy a 9 volt battery and try that, which I did. Now the red light is on most of the time and the faucet continues to turn on without me even touching it or near it! I'm very disappointed.

Just we loved it !
We replaced from a defective Moen's to this faucet.
We installed on Dec 2012 and so far so good.
It is not only a great design but it is very practical and durable.
It took a half day for us to install on our own but it was a worth.
Our granite is much easier to keep clean around this faucet because it rarely gets splush behind.

Touch too sensitive and now does not work!
Have only had this for 6 months and the faucet is too sensitive and turns self off without even touching it. The blue light on the base of the stem quit working in less then 30 days. Now today it just quit working all together. I had water running to rinse dishes and it shut off and will not turn back on. Really need water in the kitchen! If we hadn't spent so much money on this we would replace it with a non-touch faucet.
