This faucet is a great improvement over our previous one.
The stainlesssteel is a great finish, easy to maintain. The water pressure is powerful, sometimes, difficult to control. I wish there was an optional sprayer which could have been installed on the faucet mouth for washing vegatables, one which can be piveted in different directions over the sink. Also, I wish there was a better control over the water temperature. The optional choice of Position 1 or 2 does not resolve the situation. However, with all the negatives, the faucet is a tremendous improvement for our kitchen.

This kitchen faucet looks very good and we love the design and most of all DELTA'S good customer service.

Good arch but quality of parts is lacking
Great high arch. Sprayer lever goes bad every year. I now need a third sprayer handle due to poor internal parts in three years. The blue plastic clip at the bottom where the hose attaches to the main diverter hose just snapped off when reattaching. If Delta used a metal clip, that never would happen. No way to get the clip locally. Due to the quick attachment fittings, emergency repairs are very difficult.

We shopped a long time
We have always preferred Delta faucets. We are very pleased with our new one. We have had it now for one year and it is just like new. We love it.

looks great and feels great
i have no problem with the faucet.. in addition the sprayer feels heavy in your hand and the finish is easy to clean.. love it and if it lasts as long as my last waterfall delta i will be happy..it was very easy to install..i wish the soap/lotion dispenser was included instead of having to pay extra..

This product is a total re-invention of the sink faucet.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4380-SS-DST flows at 1.8 gpm at 60 psi. You can make your faucet flow at a lower rate by replacing the aerator. We have a .5 gpm with model number RP71111 and 1.0 gpm with model number RP72730.By lowering the gpm on your faucet, it may help with splashing. Otherwise, we can recommend not to turn the faucet on to its full force if it is mounted on a smaller sink.

Is the Pilar valve base material compatible with silicone sealant?
Although the part number is the same for the spout base gasket and the valve base gasket the two gaskets supplied were quite different. One was self adhesive and fit the other did not even come close to a "stretch fit". When applied it would snap out of the spout base groove or off the valve base shoulder.

How do I get full pressure out of the 4380-SS-DST side sprayer?
The side sprayer has very poor pressure and lots of water still comes out of the main faucet when the sprayer is used. It has been this way ever since it was installed (months ago).
What do I need to do to fix this? I looked for a new diverter part to buy (or get under warranty since the original never did work correctly). Is a new diverter what I need? If so, what's the process to get a new one?

Faucet repair
I have a delta kitchen faucet that leaks from the end of the faucet as well as from the handle. I am wondering where I can find the part number on the faucet in order to get some replacement parts and repair the faucet.
